I explained about the previous techs. First one, helped as much as I thought I needed. Second, was no help at all, hanging up on me after I explained why I was NOT on a fraudulent site and had not been scammed. Then Divyansh. He is personable, listened carefully, was calm, when I was frustrated by the second tech, and quickly resolved the problem through a screen share, including explaining how to delete the app that runs the screen share for security! Divyansh is "Just" the person I needed! Thank you!

Contacted them but they are in US and I am in Australia. I thought that a so called expert and not a computer would respond to me by telephone call.
The person who helped me was very helpful to get the machine to work. He told me to hold a certain button for 5 seconds to unlock the machine. Then it unlocked & was able to start the machine up. :)
I'm stressed out because of my ungrateful granddaughter who's been living with me for four months and seems like she's sucking the life out of me but talking to the attorney he gave me an outline of what I need to do to solve my problem and get my life back on the right track and I appreciate all he has done to Show me the proper way to get things done

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real ā I even withdrew a small amount at first ā then one day my account was āunder reviewā and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought Iād ever see again. If youāve been scammed, donāt give up ā there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
