I can't pronounce or spell his name (With the capital letter H). He was wonderful. I will check back. He found the error, which was no data space on the computer. His offer to help me create a better computer was generous and very appreciated.

I submitted a question to the SSA Experts due to a fraudulent inquiry that was sent to me. My initial was whether this was scam, as I suspected. And the digital AI was quick & gathered information as I expected it to do. Then after asking several questions, I was directed to submit a $5 fee via debit or credit card, while a lawyer was being informed of my questions. That went well, but the system did not let me input my telephone number after indicating that I could interact via text or have someone to call me at my number. Although I was prompted, when I attempted to enter my number the system did not allow it, and in fact was only showing the agency's number. And, in fact, that was the number included in the fraudulent information sent to me. That step needs to be addressed to facilitate the respondent's actual phone number to be entered.

Had an issue with my garage door opener. The tech identified and solved the issue in minutes. Awesome experience. Basically had to re-program it to open and close properly. Saved a $200 house call for garage door serviceman to come out.

Needed help with a Mercruiser boat motor question. Took a few hours before anyone responded, but help was great. Best not to wait standing in the engine bay waiting for a response - plan ahead.
Other than that, the $2 "form to join JustAnswer" turned into $2, plus a $49 membership fee once I clicked ok. There was no mention of the $49 before I clicked ok (although I'm sure it's stated somewhere on the website). They were quick to refund the $49 however once I complained.

The doctor gave me insights that I have not been able to acquire anywhere else. I was very surprised at his knoewledge.
