Had an internal piece of my printer fall onto the printer floor. Could not seem to figure out how to get help - couldn't find support info on the printer's website, couldn't find an exploded diagram so I could ID the part, couldn't find a printer repair shop that handled non-commercial printer rapairs, etc. - so turned to JustAnswer. First technician was of little help, but when I did not rate him highly, I almost immediately got an email saying I could talk to a second technician at no additional charge. She was great! This was my first time using this service; I was very impressed overall.
Helped me and taught me things I did not understand, I will be trying there recommendations and will report back if I can not further figure my problem.
It started with a Chatbot that gathered the pertinent information, and then a specialist contacted me online within 5 minutes. He offered some possible solutions, but my machine restarted, so I won't know until the cycle completes, about 2 hours. There is a $5 fee, is supposedly refunded. I don't know when that will occur. I'll have to contact customer assistance on the website tomorrow.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
