I described the problem and he knew immediately what the problem probably was, told me what to try which confirmed his suspicion and what to do to fix it. Also what I should do for preventative maintenance.

I needed help getting an ein from the IRS. I had an ein in 1979 that I assumed was closed out. I've spent hours trying to get my ein or get a new one. Today, Joel supplied me with expedient and cleat instructions about how to go about this. I am so glad I tried this today. I'll be back anytime I need expert help.

Our indoor cat was still scratching and fighting after a flea treatment from the pet store. I was concerned and was told by Dr. Fred that it takes at least three months because the fleas lay eggs and it just takes that long to fully get rid of the fleas plus You have to do good cleaning around baseboards and other places. My dachshunds licked a container that I had sprayed with Dawn Powerwash. I googled a question about this situation and found Just Answer that way. Glad I did!
