Emily, was a veterinarian that was very informative. She spent a lot of time with me. Regarding my dog and his back injury.Just knowing that you're able to get a veterinarians advice over the phone made my situation better. She was able to give me signs and symptoms to watch out for so I knew when I had urgent situation that needed urgent care immediately.

Printer issue

Printer stopped working in the middle of a print job stating set up was incomplete. It had been printing previously. I was also unable to locate the WPS PIN on the printer. Amit was able to identify and resolve the issues. I had to register the printer on my Hp account.

I needed to get my new Alexa Echo 8 to work and sync with my phone, I needed to import my contacts and make calls to my family. Victor was able to walk me through the process. He was patient and helpful making sure that I had completed the steps as he was also helping others, but always returning to me, letting me know that he was back if I needed him. As a person who has worked in Customer Service a long time, I was happy that he was attentive and really kowledgeable.

My 2017 Ford F 150 had a problem with my drivers side controls, along with my radio and air conditioner, and you guys jumped on it right away and identified my problem first attempt and nailed it tight off. Outdated OS

The operating system on my MacBook was outdated and would not allow me to open TurboTax 2025. Your professional showed me how to open the application in my iPad instead so I could file my return. Quick and Clear Solution

I had a problem with my built in coffee maker that I was told to never let anyone touch without certification. Just Answer gave me a GREAT tech (MattD0501) who listened to a summary of my issue and gave me detailed yet simple instructions to resolve the issue.
