The technician I talked with was very knowledgeable, and told me that the problem may resolve itself if I followed his directions. He also told me how to fix it if I needed more than the reset that's built into the 'board '. Very polite

Tyler is a Rock Star! An elderly client asked me to fix her stereo and after googling, I still could not get it working. The CD was stuck inside, but I suspected that the unit wasn't "broken." Tyler walked me thru a basic reset, and then a deeper reset that did the trick! Costumer is thrilled that she can play her music again. I had two different technicians. The first one was not helpful and he referred me to a direct phone number that did not work. So I tried again and the second technician was absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Thank you so much. I would like to save him as a favorite.
