Tech Justin provided outstanding service. He walked me through multiple scenarios. Most I had already tried, his reassurance let me know I was on the right track. He gave me a couple other things to try and I believe the left door switch may be the issue. For those who may try removing the left door switch. Pull out then up to unplug, no wires come with it so when reinstalling a flathead screwdriver is your friend.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
