I was upgrading from an old Nest thermostat to a newer Google Nest 4th generation thermostat. The wiring configurations did not match and when I connected the wires and powered up the system, the unit blew warm air instead of cool (not good in August). The technician asked about the wiring and also about the type of system I had (heat pump). One of the wires (W1) should have been labeled O and inserted into the O/B slot on the new Nest. I made the change and the system is functioning properly.
The technician called me quickly and was able to help me fix my problem and under a minute!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
