$5 upfront to get started, then $40 upfront as a recurring monthly charge. READ THE FINE PRINT. They hook you with the $5 and cheat you with an unexpected $40 per month thereafter. And to add insult to injury, the tech could not resolve my problem. So, I'm out $45. Again, READ THE FINE PRINT

Matt really helped me find out all sorts of information about my vintage Singer Sewing Machine! Now I can either give it to a relative or sell it. I think I will just keep it for a while. Perhaps the older it gets the more value it will be. I would like to find a service person who knows what they are doing and get it a tune up.

I had a very good experience with a mechanic over the phone, he was very knowledgeable and give me specific instructions on what I should do. This phone call saved me at least a couple of hours and some dirty hands. I will be able to diagnose without disassembly, I will certainly use this again in the future
