He did a great job and in a timely fashion. He listened and was able to locate the problem at once. Keep up the good work. I was very upset having spent days trying to make a single copy of a recipe in a cook book. I am sorry I bought this model and a Brother. I was about to discard the printer and would have if your technician had not been thorough and attentive. Thanks.

Needed a miracle

The vet was exceptionally nice and cautious but when he found out you guys are my last hope he came thru with some ideas to help me and my baby. I would do anything for my dogs and unfortunately being broke sucks so I appreciate all the time and fact I can ask again and again and he is willing to answer and still wants to know how she is doing with updates

My microwave was not heating. I also provided other symptoms. The chat assistant helped me through the diagnosis and connected me to a human expert quickly. He called me, discussed the problem, provided me with a part number and seller website for a new magnetron. Very pleasant.

My Verizon account was closed but I kept getting monthly notification letters from Verizon with credits and charges. My account name and password had been disabled, so I just wanted to talk to someone at Verizon to clear this up. Your pop-up led me to believe I was just joining a help chat. At the end of giving me the number, you asked for a card to pay the $5 ( refundable) charge, that sounded reasonable, however, once I got off the call I found I had a $65/month membership to JustAnswer! I am 78 years old, not working, don't often need help but just got trapped into a scam? I hope not. How do I resign my membership?

I didn't know how to get started with my problem and legal. Eagle explained what I needed to do and how to do it which gives me a great Headstart before I call a lawyer.

Hot tub balance

I am a new hot tub user and I'm probably too worried about what the dipstick says. Trevor has been very clear, which has been usually comforting and helpful. The problem is not completely solved because I'm waiting for some metal gone, product that should resolve the problem. I will still have some questions. I hope he will be available to answer them.
