I am a self recording musician, and I was having a problem, connecting a new Yamaha keyboard to a Focusrite 2i2 input device and then into GarageBand on a Mac. Not able to recover email so had to change email to another email and this is a good thing I need to get away from yahoo they have always had issues. I think your price is to high and if you cannot fix the issue you should not charge.

Printer would not load paper and would give a jam error after multiple attempts to correct using various possibilities it was determined that there was a mechanical failure in this machine. Because of the price of machine and basic model i decided it was less expensive and more convenient to simply replace the machine

I was so frustrated with what appeared viruses! Called Just Answer and was helped for 2 hrs; appears 80% of problem is now gone - need to make decision on whether to do complete Re-Boot.
