Locked out

I tried to accept a money transfer and susequently was locked out of my phone. Justin was very patient but i am very non-tech so we couldn't resolve the problem but it let me know i needed hands on to solve the issue.

They took care of my Issue in a timely manner. Now I wait till the 26 of March for my delivery. All I have gotten is a text message telling me that my package is on its way. I ordered 2 items will they come as one delivery? Or will I get the 2 items separately (2) deliveries. That wasn't made clear on the text I received, TY

Stuck Trying to Access Netflix

After 30 minutes of trying to get past the message that I couldn't connect to Netflix because I was not connected to WiFi I decided to seek help. I was directed to Just Answer. I was asked for the make and model of my TV; my email address and my phone number. Shortly after that I hat a call.

The person I spoke to gave me very clear instructions to turn off the modem and unplug the TV. Within minutes, I plugged both back in and the television was working again. I was advised that if and when I had this problem again to follow the same directions and that should solve my problem.
The young woman I spoke to was very patient and respectful. I would definitely use this service in the future.

I have no volume in my tv., I went thru the steps the technician was telling me to do but we couldn't resolve the problem. He thinks it might be the set top box so he ordered me a new one to be sent to me in a day or two.

Need emergency Vet help

Our pup accidentality ate some raisins which we knew were not good for dogs. I grabbed my phone and did a quick search about what to do and Just Answer came up. I was surprised it would connect me with an actual Vet. I thought the Vet would say to just take her to an emergency Vet clinic. But, Dr Porter calmly asked me all the questions about our dog. He explained that she may be OK but it would be best if we got her to vomit up the raisins. He explained how to do that. Success! We got the raisins out and she is doing OK. I cannot thank Dr Porter enough for his expert advice. What a blessing!

I was being billed for two accounts on my TV service, which should have been on one. The tech was very determined to solve my issue and resolved the problem after much work with the appropriate contacts. He also was very patient with me in explaining what I needed to do to assist him. Very pleased with the service.

I'm on oxygen 24/7 and use a portable when I'm away from my home base unit. I use it to get from point A to point B. My base unit is upstairs. After trying everything I know, I found Just Answer (the name "Just Answer" is more than appropriate,) Imagine a competent technician trying to explain to a 90 year old woman what to do. I was able to follow his instructions and get my unit up and running. Do I remember what he told me? No, but I could do it again if needed. Glen was able to keep me calm and follow his instructions while my mind was looking for an alternate way of breathing! Thank you to all of you who helped me. In fact I like the entire structure of your business. It is organized and efficient.
