Worst customer service ever. Ordered weeks ago and still haven't received. Package held up by shipping company and they offered no assistance. Stay away from this e-store. Worst online shopping experience ever!

This was indeed very disappointing service from the shipping company apparently, you can be in touch with your agent, he is doing the best to assist you.
Last month I purchased a gold plated pendant, necklace, and giftcard from them. The necklace and pendant arrived completely tarnished and grey and there was no giftcard. Their site clearly states on their return policy they will give you a full refund for product defects. This was a product defect and missing giftcard, and they denied me a refund immediately. This is why I shop on Amazon and will continue to shop there for jewlery. I should have read reviews about this company first as they have poor reviews and I see why. They purposely sell tarnished jewelry. They even admited in an email to me that they forgot to polish the necklace and instructed me to do it. I had pictures to prove the tarnish and discoloring but they ignored it and denied me a refund no further discussion. They were very rude. This grey tarnished jewlery is not what I paid for, and polishing did not work. This is not gold plated it's fake, fraudulent metal, and their resistance to give me a full refund shows they dont care about their customers and knowing sell poor quality jewlery with false advertisement of refunds that they do not offer. Stay away from, go through Amazon as they process refunds and take care of their customers concerns.

Comment: Tarnished jewelry is not a defect. A gentle polish will do to solve such issues. Sadly our polish instruction do not seem to have been followed in this case. Also, we clearly state in our return policy that customized items are not returnable.

Comment: If we forgot, how can it have been done by purpose? Besides, not in any form did we write the word forgot in the correspondence.

Comment: Sadly the customer seems to have forgotten that we out of goodwill actually have promised to issue a partial refund for her inconvenience.

Comment: We are selling hundreds of these every year without any such complaints manufactured by one of our certified jewelers putting assayer's marks on all gold and silver items.
The customer service and transparency of this website is terrible. The product I ordered said 2-4 days shipping. I got the most expensive option because I needed the product for a birthday. After 3 days, I noticed the part hadn't even shipped. Customer service never answered the phone and they took days to respond to emails where I am urging them to rush my product. I am going to be out of town when the product arrives. Hopefully the product quality is not as $#*!ty as the customer service.

I received my Amethyst 14k gold Jewish star on Friday. I was extremely pleased with it. The workmanship was beautiful I will order from them again
They advised me they had everything in stock except for one item to be made. I have received two orders and requested a refund on the rest that had not shipped. They start going back and forth with excuses. There is no answer on the phone number listed on their website. I am asking for a refund and hoping to get one. It appears they are just a website with a service department and almost everything they offer looks like actually comes from other companies. With the BDS movement against Israel you would think they would be grateful and honest with those of us who are trying to support Israel!

I ordered a set of candlesticks as a Bat Mitzvah gift to be sent to the recipient. I got an order confirmation and no further emails. I finally wrote to the company and was told the supplier was "closed" until May 12 and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. The Bat Mitzvah was May 11 so I cancelled. If I hadn't inquired I would not have known. Now I need to make sure my card is refunded. Terrible customer service!
After complaining about a series of maps I had purchased, I was given a partial refund. I was pleased with the company's response.
What is Chutzpah - Blaming the customer for a bad address (which was correct based on the automated post order email reply) written on a parcel (which was returned to the merchant. Never making it to the end customer) and then having the CHUTZPAH to ask the customer to write a positive review of the experience.
I try not to bad mouth my own people Israelis/Jews... but customer service has never been our strong suit. The only reason this got resolved is because I had my credit card company dispute it. Israelis need to stick to hi tech, software, telecoms, defense weaponry, heath care/drug innovations, Amba, Zkhug, borekas... not this. I am giving them two starts as there is a lesson to be learned here.

Thank you JudaicaWebStore! Our class selected a piece of artwork to present as a going away gift to our rabbi who taught us for 5 years. There was just no way it was going to reach us in time. I contacted Tsvi and explained how important this was to all of us. He went above and beyond to get it to us in time. The gift was very well received and everyone was happy. That's what I call amazing customer service. I will order from them again.
Beware if you are ordering for an occasion. They sit on the order for quite a while before it "ships" and then it sits for many days before it's actually on its way. Missed our Bat Mitzvah date for a gift due to this. I would have purchased a gift elsewhere had I known.
Can I give zero star to JudaicaWebStore? I wouldn't trust any money to this company. They sell fake jewelry product claiming it as 925 sterling silver. The jewelry I received was light as a feather. It's certainly not silver, not even plated with silver. What's really upsetting they sell Judaica symbols which really only used be Jewish people. Such a shame! Stay away from cheaters!

The item that you purchased has a 925 stamp on the charm. It also goes through our quality check, and it is 100% a 925 silver charm.
Are you basing your review on facts? Did you bring the item to a jeweller or laboratory to have it checked?
You sent us back the item and you were refunded for it. We do not refund shipping cost, only because the customer does not like it and if nothing is wrong with the item. This is his decision and therefore he will only be refunded for the item.

I ordered a mezuzah scroll as a gift through paypal. From the moment I submitted the order, I realized paypal autocorrected the address from the correct shipping address to the one on my account. I contacted JWS right away and got a response asking me for my order number, which I had already included. They apparently could not find it. There was then some back and forth about tracking down my order when suddenly all communication stopped. No follow up, no nothing. I never even got a confirmation email.
I ordered my products exactly a week ago. It was a gift for my fathers birthday, and so I paid a huge amount ($45) for shipping, in order to ensure that it would get here in time, as they promised 2-4 business days. Not only did it NOT come in time, the order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 packs of Shabbatt candles, and they sent me Hannukah candles in the complete wrong colors. I also ordered a candle holder, which was FAR uglier than the picture: looked like it was painted by a little kid, neon colors rather than nice ones, was completely scratched up and paint chipped. Will never be ordering from here again.
