Product was not what o thought it would be.
Originally I was apprehensive to invest in such a expensive purchase online; however, the quality and pricing were something our local jeweler could not match, particularly with regard to the tax on the purchase. We did our business research on J.R. Dunn, and combined with their easy return policy, we felt the risk of problems was low.(We did an initial return and it was easy!)
The online staff is highly responsive to questions, product information, and purchase options; they are articulate, friendly, and highly responsive to needs. The only concern I had (and would have with any other independent company online) was the security of my payment without having the product in hand. If you had a means of guaranteeing payment security until product is received, it would eliminate any concern. That was the only reason I answered 4 stars instead of 5 in that category. Great overall buying experience!
