Try to change a tire size ordered minutes after ordering and was told I had to wait until opening time at 8 o'clock and then I was told it was too late. I will never order from them again.

I recently purchased a set of crash bars #1.after a week with no conformation that my was made i called and the gentleman told me the order was made but had not been prepared for shipment so that took another week to get.#2.when i finally got the bars were damaged, scratched but not rusted.i didn't send them back because it took to long to begin with.

I ordered a rear master cylinder rebuild. The woman helped me on the phone. When i went to install and opened the box I saw it was not what I needed. It was for a front cylinder. If it would have been labeled front on the package I would have known when I opened the box. So then I had to return and the correct part showed up over a week later then they said it would. Looks like amazon is a pretty good place to get items quick. JUST LABEL YOUR PACKAGING!

The battery was a poorly packed. Battery fluid from the cartridge leaked all over the battery box. There's no way I can send it back like that. I have no other choice, but hauling the battery off to the dump and there's a charge for that. So I'm not only out the price of the battery, but I have to pay to get rid it.

Buying tires was a quick easy strait forward process. They had the best price on the set for my bike. Super fast shipping. They said 7 days had them in 3.
