I ordered a K&N air filter came quickly and correct part well packaged
Just got them on the day after receiving them only took me about a half hour total and its definitely a big improvement from the oem HD air shocks, rides great. Only thing was it was missing one spacer washer in the parts bag..
Easy to find what I needed, long stem mirrors which appear to be good quality. Received them in a timely manner and fit perfect on my Road Glide. Much easier to "look back" and see what's going on.

Was sent the wrong part. Returned it today. J&P cycles was very friendly about the return. Let's see how timely they are at returning my money. I reordered another part from them, same day that I requested the return. I have been a customer for over twenty five years.
With a little time, patience, and basic electronic skills you can make your Shadow Ace look impressive.
The only let down was when I reviewed the installation Diagrams the words "Turn signal adapter (purchased separately)"...uggg So I had to spend a few more bucks to have the adapters sent. I also had to add four inch extensions to the signal blinker wires so that they could reach up into the headlight bell. I would've paid the little extra money for the kit if the signal adapters were part of the overall package along with six 4" wire extensions with male and female bullet connectors. I realize that not all use original OEM blinkers in their upgrades but some form of 'With/without' check box on the package could avoid future customers from an unnecessary hassle.

Ordered both brake and clutch master cylinder covers. Received shipped confirmation the following day on brake cover but nothing about clutch cover. Reached out to J&P customer Service via e-mail and received an immediate response. They checked my order, and it was shipped the next day. Followed up a week later to ensure my order was received and to ask if I was satisfied. Can't ask for anything more.
