First time ordering from J&P. Won't be my last time; in fact I have another order on the way now.

Easy to select parts based on bike model, no mistakes and worries.

This cable was the perfect replacement for my bike. Fitment was right on the money, and with some minor adjustments necessary for a new clutch cable, I was back on the road.
Delivery was quick.

Needed some items for the Harley, happened to google the parts and J&P Cycles came up. Ordering was easy and delivery was even better and quick.

I purchased some Axcel high-performance spark plugs and they wasn't exactly what I thought they were supposed to be, but they said they would work in my bike. I installed them. The bike was backfiring and popping, and I took them back out after riding around the block on it and told him that they wasn't working like I expected, and I wasn't satisfied with them, and they give me a refund even though they had been used. I was very impressed and proud that they give me back the money that I spent for these plugs. I didn't have to return them or anything, and I've never dealt with any company that would do that for somebody so they went over backwards to do, what I was hoping they would do impressed

I'm 71 been riding Harley's a long long time and I've been very lucky because I haven't had to order too much. Oh I've done my share of upgrades and maintenance.but that's primarily it for me. I ride! I never wanted my bike down very long and I never wanted to leave them with anyone else. J&P has ALWAYS had what I need at reasonable prices

Easy to find what I was looking for. The process for ordering was easy to understand and checking out was quick. The product arrived less than five days after ordering. Will definitely used this site again.

Grant it I haven't installed my headers yet due to awaiting other Harley specific parts on back order. But what I've heard of item in question I feel I got a great product and hope to enjoy.
