The website was great to visit but the product was not what I ordered. I ordered a chrome top air filter set and received a black top air filter.

Easy to order, But, nine dollars shipping to put a one ounce seal in an envelope is a bit much.

I received saddlebag taillight and they were wired backwards I ended up having to switch the plugs on the lights

Good but wrong part need to send it back having hard time returning

Website easy to use. Once order is in there is great communication of when order will be delivered. Speed of delivery is great and surprisingly fast.

I have been ordering from J&P for several years now and I always get the correct parts I order, for fair prices, and always in 2-3 days!

I hope that there are weekly updates to some goods. There are a lot of goods that have been executed for a long time. After the website change, we notice significant changes in prices in some sites. Prices are lower than J&Pcycle. I hope to reconsider them.

The part I ordered was for a 1971 FLH Shovalhead but I had to find the part number in an old J&P catalog that I've been holding on to because the latest catalog I have don't list parts fo older Harley. The older catalog is just for vintage Harleys. Is the catalog for vintage Harleys still available with up to date prices?.
