There loud when the bafflle is taken out but I like them clean sound clear crackle and pop makes a brand new Harley sound like a true Harley not a sewing machine
I ordered a primary cover that was defective, broke the clutch cable housing, had to pay $100 to get it machined out, found other casting defects I had to have machined for the tensioner clearance, drilling out a couple bolt holes that were not and now I am having to buy a new clutch cable to go with it. J&P ended up making good on the defective cover and I got the clutch fairly quickly.

Needed a new back tire, but found out the tires I had were the wrong ones!(used bike, but had new tires put on since I bought it)
They found the right ones and put them on, now I'm back on the road!

I made a big mistake. I have had this bike for over 20 years and forgot that I got an open air kit installed shortly after buying the it. This is a complete different filter. Ken was nice enough to send a return label. I ordered the right one this time.
I was in need of a replace voltage regulator for my road glide. JP cycle had them in stock with choses. Picked one was delivered in a couple of days Fit perfect and works great. Have always had great service from them.
