Shipping seems to take a long time. Most purchases take a week to arrive. Some take 2 days to be received by the shipping company. I may just be spoiled from dealing with other company's that have fast shipping. This purchase contained no installation instructions. When requesting assistance, customer support provided none. Will be more cautious with my purchases in the future.
After first J&P purchase I received a one time promo code for 20% off my next purchase. When entering that promo code at my 2nd purchase, a few days after the first, I receive a message stating that code was only good for the first purchase.
Ordered some items online and had got som LEXIN speakers with turn signals on them, had the shop hook them up and does not power up, and main speaker does not work, slave speaker does. Not too happy about that an expensive item I ordered and paid to have them hooked up to find out that it's defective.

I was in a pinch as I needed a chain before racing Vegas To Reno. J&P was my choice since they have a Phoenix location and I'm in Yuma. Got it in a few days, slapped it on and got some testing done 5 days before the race.

The helmet arrived and the fit was perfect. It's Bluetooth and so far all programming is going well. The only complaint so far was amount of time it took to receive the product. Ordered the evening of the 7th and arrived on the 20th. It was actually shipped on the 17th so 3 days for shipping the order and about 7 business days to process the order. I thought to much lead time before shipped.
Easy to return! Ordered 2 items, 1 was correct, 1 was wrong (my fault). Called customer support and was able to return no problem. Now to wait for refund, hopefully that's just as easy.

Bought plug wires to replace my old wires. Currently rebuilding the bike so have not had a chance to use them yet, but they look really good and quality seems top notch
