Windshield did come with a small crack. Installed anyway as I needed windshield. Works great and after 400 miles no extension of crack.

The order came in four days but when I opened it the headlight box was mislabeled, instead of a chrome 7" halo it was a black out. I called customer service was excellent and sent out the chrome light two day express. Since receiving everything all are installed and I'm very pleased with the results. I've used J&P for years. They always deliver the products as described, as promised. They have a great tech department for those times you have questions or are just looking for advice.
I needed 2 brackets and a wiring harness. Harley wanted more for the harness than what I was able to get all of from J&P for. It was the same stuff. Worked exactly how it was supposed to.
Only thing I was disappointed about the order that I believe they were sent from two different locations, but I couldn't do one without the other. No biggie just was excited to get it done but couldn't. But good experience just me being in patient

Over all it was good. I did have some issues with fed ex (the shipper) either delaying my shipment, changing the delivery date or not having a delivery date at all. One thing I will note is the 3 items I bought were shipped in 2 separate orders when they could have easily fit in one.
Very happy with you product but FedEx was supposed to deliver on Saturday they're tracking said nobody was home so they didn't leave the lifters. That was not true. They did not come by on Saturday. They didn't deliver the lifters until Tuesday. On Tuesday I didn't check to see if anyone was at home. I just threw the package on the porch. Not very happy with FedEx.

Handlebars were exactly what I needed along with the risers, everything fit perfectly.
The bulbs that came with kit were not blinker bulbs. So the blinkers would not operate. Fitment of one fender tip lens was a bad fit
