The speed in which it took for the tires I ordered was awesome especially for free shipping great service

I am undecided on this seat. It is no bigger, wider, taller or longer than the original seat and with all the rainy weather I have yet to test it outside as of 9/13/24. Only sat on it inside the garage. Bummer.

Couldn't find parts for my specific year and model. But, customer service popped it right up for me. Great job!

Not quite a complete kit. Primary calls for 38 fluid oz. But you only get 32 fluid oz in the box. No primary cover gasket. Still saved a ton of money over dealers prices

They offered the oiler tube that I needed for my 59 Harley Servi Car. It arrived just as ordered in a few days and it worked well. I've used J&P Cycles in the past for several things so I'm sure I will be back in the future. They do offer a nice selection of needed parts for the earlier bikes.

Used the filters to quickly narrow my selection to the features I wanted. Easy order process and was shipped pretty quickly with no issues.

The Saddlemen backrest is first rate but, " will fit your motorcycle" only if you use a proper mounting device, such a device is not yet offered for my stock HD 2023 Freewheeler. I would like to use the stock HD seat in conjunction with the Saddlemen backrest. I feel I have been duped into waiting for the proper device to be made. The new device will probably have to be used with a new Saddlemen seat only. Go figure!

I ordered a set (2) of LED Red turn signals for my bullet style turn signal housing on my 2005 FXSTDI (Softail Deuce). I already had a set of Red LED turn signals but the plastic tabs that hold the LED to bullet housing broke off on both of them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tabs on these new LED turn signals were made of metal and not plastic. Also the fit seems to be better along with the actual intensity of the Red LED themselves. The only "drawback" is these newer LED are a little on the expensive side. Another issue was that the enclosed directions/instructions are a little vague so I ended up having to contact the vendor for some clarifications on their directions.

Part was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition however, it is the wrong part and will not fit on my bike.

Purchased parts from J&P Cycles on Jul 4 2024, had them in stalled on Jul 12 2024, rode the bike for the first time on Aug 7th 2024 and the parts were faulty, contacted J&P Cycles and spoke to an extremely rude person named Dean B that was no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS EXPLAINED BY DEAN THEY ARE JUST A MIDDLE MAN FOR PARTS. Make sure to by pass them and go auto the vendor because they will not help you.
