As soon as the purchase made I tried to cancel to get a different battery sold by your store. I wasn't able so called first thing and told nothing can be done. Wish you were more accommodating would have spent more. Unfortunately not everyone live by ups to ship back so I'll keep it.

Thought the c/c purchase did not go through and could not confirm so called JP on phone to straighten out purchase but had to re order not knowing that the first order did go through but so did the second order and ended.up with 4 sets of points but only needed 1 but I ordered a second set for backup to be safe. Then the first order came next day unexpectedly. Before I could put them in the next day a another package came in with 2 more sets of points so called to find the problem and could not explain what happen before it turned into a mess 3 or 4 calls and 3 hours later on hold or lost connection So got up set on time waisted on phone called for return not much help drove to Fed X to return product could not find FedX 1 hour later told Fed X the return number was in the E mail but no Number was in E mail called JPCyc. Again had to explain all over again put on hold again waited no and no and no answer Called back again now heated under collar waited through the crap again lady answer explained it all over again and again finally then talked to a man and he sent me another but had him send the e mail to FedX not me solved the problem the return was done. So 3 hours at home 1 1/2 to find FedX 1 1/2 hours at Fed X then it was done So 6 hours of day pissed away all over a $ 35.00 purchaser just to send back a double purchase I will have to think before I make another online purchase was not a happy customer after this purchase!

Easy site to navigate, simple straightforward checkout. Suspect maybe time of year an issue, delivery was a bit delayed.

Was looking for laced spoke wheels to replace the wheels on my 03 which had suffered and want chrome spokes this time. Many different choices available on the website so I fired up the chat. The personal on the other side of the chat was able to confirm what parts I needed and help put the order together. Parts arrive very quickly and I am very happy with what I got.

Items were quickly shipped, but could have been packed better. Usps tossed the box around, and bearings broke out of plastic packages and were loose in the box. Luckily none were damaged or lost, so all is well.

They have a lot cleaner look to them than the long stock ones. The brand name seems to laser cut into the inside of the lever where it meets the grip of the hand bars. Super sleek, and you can fit three fingers on there comfortably!

Ordering, delivery and receipt of item was excellent, however, item chart didn't match up with decision of helmet. On the helmet it states there is a possible 4xl, which didn't see on the website, is that true?

I have not had time to check and see if jt fits the bike. But they insisted I answer the survey
