The tire was sent out in a timely manner, but FedEx delivered to the wrong address. They took a picture of the tire, but it wasn't my house. So, I drove around the neighborhood looking for it, and found it a block away. Went through the FedEx automated system, but there was no option for delivery to the wrong address
I ended up going to the door of where it was at and knocking, but no one answered. Saw that they had Ring cameras, so I took the tire, held it up, so the Ring camera could record that it was supposed to go to my address. Total BS that I had to do that.
Had delivery issues with FEDEX. Package arrived in my city of Hampton and it was posted out for deliver for 2 days and on the 3rd day it was delivered around 1:40am. Also the Finnish was wore off around the threaded holes on both items for some reason.

I get when different parts come in separate shipments, that's fine, but when I'm paying for shipping I expect it to be at least on time to the listed date. 3 days late really slows up a build when a part is needed asap. All the other sites revzilla, drag, parts giant all ship quicker. I've used j&p for thousands of dollars worth of purchases please get your shipping department together and more efficient so I can keep shopping with you.

My experience was just like every other experience I've had with J&P cycles. If you have questions their staff is awesome and knowledgeable. I recommend J&P cycles to anyone looking for motorcycle parts.
