I'm buying parts to replace a faulty bearing that i purchased from J&P a few months ago. Claims dept not responding to emails. Been waiting for over a week. Overall horrible experience that ended up causing more damage to other bearings and costing me 4 times as much to fix. With as much as Ive spent here between the website and at your bike week tents, I thought id get taken care of better. Fool me once...shame on you. Fool me twice...shame on me. Probably going to find somewhere else to buy parts and accessories going forward. Ill spend more at Eastern Performance. At least i know they will take care of me
