Im a return cusromer they have always full filled my orders without any hassle as far as comparing there parts im unable to do that because i use what they sent me and its always been satisfactory. There was a time i ordered two sets of rear shocks one for a dyna one for a sporster and they happened to be the same part so J&P promptly notified me and i reassured them it was correct. Most of these money hungry companys of today would ve laughed and shipped two thinking what a sucker hes stuck with an extra set. J&P made sure i wanted two, other than that im not sure what a new customer needs to hear? In my world it was one of the easiest online shopping ive ever done
