I received the windshield within two business days from ordering it. Fit was perfect, exactly what I needed. It is a little thicker than my old windshield, very sturdy. The windshield is a couple of inches below my line of site making for a clear view of what's in front of me yet provides wind protection for me and my wife who sit slightly higher behind me. Highly recommend this shield.

I broke off the plastic top of my transmission dipstick on my 2023 Street Bob. I ordered a new chrome one and it came fast. J&P interior me updated about my order the whole time.

I have ordered a brake rotor in the past from another company that came with new mounting screws.
I ordered 3 brake line banjo fittings. The picture of the ones I purchased showed them to have a slight bend in them. When I got them they were straight fittings. Contacted CS for an exchange, they refunded the sale price and as they did not have the ones I wanted, they apologized that they were not available at the time and told me to just keep the ones I had.
