I had a problem with the rear seat bolt. The bike had a improvised metric bolt and it was always working loose. I have searched for a way to get a proper assembly to fix the problem but they were expensive and wouldn't work on my bike. I saw a tutorial video on how to easily install the part. I looked up the part, and problem solved! I always check you folks first for parts. Very rarely do I need to go elsewhere. You all do an excellent job!

I ordered a Meuller clutch ball ramp.
The product was delivered very quickly.
I just test rode the bike and the clutch pull was much easier.
I have bought quite a few items from J&P over the years and have been very pleased with their prompt service.

When selling new floorboards whether or not it comes with new hardware should be mentioned. I'm not sure who would install new floorboards with old hardware.

Deliveries always been right on time. Product has been great and upstanding quality lasting and I will always order from JP Cycles first.

Business as usual. Even though I worked at J$P for 4 years, and they fired me for buying too much stuff ( 5 bikes) I got over it-usually still the 1st place I shop because I know the system etc. It would have been cool if everything showed up at the same time-but no biggie.

Posted Expected delivery came and went with shipping updates saying shipper still waiting to receive items. Customer service was of zero assistance. About a week later update from shipper goes from still waiting, to received at my post office with nothing in-between.
Better to not have tracking then just having bs

I see people daily who look like my friends from my younger days. They are wearing globulous safety gear and standing upright on electric scooters, carefully navigating through life like padded mailboxes on rigid posts, their flaps agape and red flags erect, looking forward to their next check.

I observe this and feel as though life is slipping away. No, not slipping away from ME per sé, but these individuals are slipping away from their OWN lives while stiffly yipping along on their reasonable conveyances, biting their lips in concentration, ignorant of lust.

They will never know the endless frustration yet satisfying joy of conquering the magneto. Nor will they glance onto dark plate glass windows late at night while the city sleeps, watching their spokes gleam and flash or feel their ribcage rattle as they roll with friends KNOWING that just around the corner lies rarely excellent whisky and the finest $#*! anywhere on earth.

Elbows out. Knees locked. Silent. Thrifty.

I was looking for a cover for my motorcycle. Not sure of the size needed. I was chatting with a representative and he was able to help me within a minute.

I ordered Drag Specialties passenger peg mounts and like others posted, they were rusty and nearly impossible to screw the bolts in without a bench vice and can of WD-40. I got them yo work because i need them but Damn!

Jp is always fulfills my orders in a very timely manner parts have always been correct and good quality prices are fair. Will continue to shop there with confidence.!

I ordered an intake and it was delivered, paid for overnight shipping. Box had two different intake parts in it that were mismatched, instead of overnighting me another one they shipped one 3 days later and it showed up a week after the first one, it too was wrong and had mismatched parts. After contacting customer support i was reassured why I don't use big companies. Thier knowledge was horrible and their ability to reply or delivered information was horrible.

I couldn't get the stock Harley's junk plastic lifter collars installed without putting pressure on the lifters and jamming them from freely moving in the bore. Ordered the aluminum S&S collars and they functioned perfect on the first attempt to install them. I'm a Harley fan, but it is pitiful that they can't build a motorcycle with quality parts with the price they are charging!

Needed a part for my bike and went to the J&P website, ordered it and was at my house a few days later. Packaged well and no issues!

JP cycles is a great place to order from good prices. Good service. Seat fit right on the bike like it was supposed to haven't ridden it yet as to the comfort level.

Had a broken lever and needed to replace it. Always loved the look of these shorty levers. No I know I really like the feel of them as well!

I needed a new battery for my 2020 sportster. It arrived quickly. I was thrilled. Went to the garage, two hours later I decided to check YouTube. This battery isn't compatible with my bike despite JP's app saying it was. I've got decades of motorcycle experience, torn 2 shovelheads down to the frames and rebuilt them, turned sporties into choppers, and done a ton of work on baggers. This experience was next level not fun at all. Thankfully I was able to return the battery, but had to purchase a new battery from The Company and lost a few too many hours of riding.

I ordered from Jp cycles and always get things a month later.
The worst was a motorcycle tire that took a month to get.
I ordered from Parts Giant and recieved a tire in three days! And it was cheaper!

Finding product was easy enough along with checking it out… my only complaint was the delivery person just leaned my tire up against my garage door instead of my front door!

I have seen this product before, I want to try it out. So I finally purchased one, it was delivered in timely manner. Installation was extremely fast and easy. I was in a PGR escort and finally I can find neutral fast and easy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to find neutral on stoplight.

The overall experience was great but sending a follow up email after I ignored the first one about a review is highly irritating
