Ordered the product I needed and after getting the shipping confirmation i waited and waited for it to arrive. After about 9 days i got in contact with customer service and found that the item had never shipped. A replacement was shipped with expedited shipping and showed up two days later. Happy with the customer service and the product just wish my original order came quicker. They did give me a $15 credit on my account for my next purchase so that is sweet.

Didn't take as long as others to deliver. Will consider j&p next time when I need a part.

Ordered these tires and when they arrived I had seen the weight rating is not meant for touring bikes or anything over 808lbs max.

It should be easier to find a helmet size chart than having to call support.

Most of the order was correct when it arrived, however the three bolts used to screw the air filter to the back plate were too short, luckily I was able to use my old bolts. That fault could fall on Revzilla, since this is where the parts came from.

These risers were the perfect thing for my wife's bike. Yes, These risers was for my wife's bike a 2013 Street bob. She absolutely loves them. She needed her bars to be closer to her but yet look good at the same time like the old saying goes happy wife, happy life thank you guys so much.
