Was truly weary of purchasing an open box item... Figured there's be a screw or mounting plate missing... BUT... I was so happily mistaken! I received the product with everything, INCLUDING paperwork and installation instructions intact! I will DEFINITELY purchase from J&P again for my motorcycle needs
Both of the battery cables had red boots on each end. This can make it difficult to determine which is positive and which is negative when reinstalling the battery, especially if the installer is not aware of the similar design of both the cables. For correction, the negative cable could use a black end cover to offset any confusion. The cables look to be good quality per the wire external insulation and terminals.
Shipping price is high for average delivery cost. Product price is usual.

The order was delivered quickly. I had thought I ordered the kit with the black oil filter but I got a chrome one instead so that was a little disappointing. I also thought the kit would come with a new primary ring but it didn't. Still I am satisfied with my purchase.

Harley in all it's infinite wisdom put a chrome kickstand on my 2018 blacked out Road Glide
Special (didn't make sense to me either). Harley wanted over $200 for a blacked out kickstand, J&P cycles had it for $70 and fit like the original. Easy install.
