Why would a shipment go from LouisvilleKy to Tulsa, OK then to Nashville, TN finally to my home in $#*!son, Tn. And with a store in Tn why not ship from TN to TN? The shipping sucked this time. 1st time I ever went through this problem with you.

I have been a customer with J&P for decades and even rode up to them and got a grand tour. I've never had issues with them. Ever. My problem was a technical one. While checking out online, the website hung up and I had to recycle the page, which removed the basket and forced me to renter the information and check out after. The order arrived as two of the same items in two separate orders and deliveries, each with their own shipping charges. I called and informed the rep that since the bike was 26 years old and the OEM part fell off, I would keep it as a backup because parts for my Softail are difficult at best to come by and she already knew who I was (not a fan of that, but...) and offered up what I was going to suggest, being the removal of the one shipping fee and so even though it was a hiccup, it was one very easily rectified. My ONLY advice would be for J&P to include their CS phone line numbers on the invoices and stickers they send with the order. I've had it on my phone for decades, but had I not, a search would have been in order. Not a big deal but just saying all the same.

The seat has a front tab to fit into the frame. This tab needs to be bent down or it won't catch into the frame. The rear also needs to be adusted. I was told that any adjustment would disallow returning the seat. Its a good thing that i like the seat. Just an FYI before you get this seat and you have the same problem I had.
I ordered a helmet from icon and measured my head twice and my head was 24" and ordered the XL 24"-24.6". When I received the helmet was too small and would not go on my head at all. So I had to return it and reorder which costs me $10 on freight and my discount on the new helmet. I think you should have an option to swap out the size like you can in store.
