Order experience was quick and easy it took about a week to say my jacket shipped however it arrived in 2 days on FedEx.
JP Cycles has good parts and Prices, but totally falls down on the Job when it comes to them dealing with their Delivery service FedEx! I absolutely had to have several parts before my son left to finish his bike. FedEx delivered the parts somewhere else, so I called JP Cycles to have them get in touch with FedEx! They Flat Refused to until "2" days had passed! I called FedEx myself and demanded they send their driver back to where ever he delivered my package and being it to me! 6 hours later close to 8pm they (FedEx) delivered my parts. No thanks to JP CYCLE!
Overall, I had over all the Years a very good experience with JP Cycles. I also enjoy to order everything on one Place. And JP has a huge selection.
But it's getting more and more complicated to order Stuff from JP because there are more and more restrictions about high Quality Products.
Rather they don't want to sent it or we as international consumers are blocked to order that.
If we are forced to order Products from different Sellers or we have too fly to the US or we have too sent them to a different private Adress in the US that means that we bother other People in the US This is not in the idea of us citizens.
For everybody's understanding some Products from S and S or from Gates like Drive belts or so they will not ship for some reasons. And many more. In the End we will be able to order junk.
That means over Time it moves to other may Asian Shops and I don't think that is a good idea. All I want is order everything in the US from one Vender and a fair Price. And also I protect American Jobs and workers. We buy for a couple grand every Year. So get away with restrictions and move manufacturer to competition. I hate to say it, that we search for alternatives.
