Call in order, some personal don't know what your company has, I have been buying from J&P Cycles from the beginning in Iowa when they motorcycle people. The internet is hard to navigate for us old riders and trying to get the military discount is almost impossible.

I noticed the muffler on my product was dented, denied support due to having already installed it as it was now "final sale" no other options were given to me and I was directed to the manufacturer. I am very disappointed in how this went, and damaged my trust with J&P.
The products I ordered for.my HD primary project were as described and are functioning well. Majority of parts were delivered from NJ to GA in 2 days. However the primary chain was delivered from NV via 12 stops! That took close to 2 weeks and delayed my project. I suggest J&P Cycles to study more carefully their delivery chain to avoid this from happening to their other clients.
