Easy to install and easy to use. Plug and play. No extra wiring if you have the stock tour pack speakers completely plig and play. I have LED lights on my bike and my stock radio wouldn't pick up any stations. This radio picks up stations no problem. Easy to connect to my phone for Bluetooth usage. Works with the stock handle bar controls

I have shopped at J&P for years and like always got exactly what was ordered in a very timely manner.

I ordered a Softail front fender using your online parts selection tools. When it got here the box was pretty much destroyed? And the "raw" fender had a grind mark on the front left where it had been sticking out of the box. The box appeared to have been damaged and retaped by someone as the paper tape had been hastily covered with clear packing tape. I contacted customer service went through the process sent pictures of the damage box and damaged fender, that was the wrong fender to begin with and returned it. I had to pay for a new box and shipping from what I understand. I also owe JNP cycles $9.99 for the return label. (Yet to be seen on my credit card refund).

Upon installation I had to fabricate a rubber ring to seal the speedometer to the original case.
There was a 1/8 inch gap between the housing and the case. Test ride with gps strapped to bike showed that that it was pretty close up to 30 mph.
After that it progressively off (ie) slow.
At 30 mph it read 27, at 50 mph it read 45.
The odometer was real close

All negative. You need another shipping alternative. I had to order the same 25lb motorcycle batter 4 times in the same month to get 1, delivered undamaged.,

I think I got this recommendation from a U-tube spot that I watched on how to change your brake pads on a SoftTail Fat Boy, 2000 to 2007. That U-tube feature an explanation on the different types of pads that were available, and I went with the Sinter-pads. I looked on line and your company had a good price for those brake pads

My bike is a HD. The standard bulbs have filaments which, break over time. (Vibration.)break. These LEDs have no filaments, so we shall see.
