Placed an order, received confirmation of order, parts showed up 4 days later

I was looking for a portable tool kit for my motorcycle that hat the tools I wanted. JP Cycles had exactly what I was looking for.

Was sent wrong product. Had to go to dealer to purchase it again.

Order two items that were in stock so it said. Got a email opps one was not available because the inventory was off

Always get what I thought i was getting, that's how I want it, quality

Everything was fine. But as a "Kit" it should come complete to install. It does not. Back plate to carb gasket was not included. Can not be installed without one. The description of the kit is vague. I had to order and wait 4 more days for a gasket and to install the kit.

Totally pleased with my product but shipping with the mail was horrible and a week later than supposed to be.

Everything went well other than shipping FedEx never delivers when they say and my items was out for delivery for 3 days. UPS is the way to go in this community

The air cleaner I ordered came with all the right parts except for the filter part of it was not the right one for the part, lucky my mechanic had to correct one so it worked out but I think I actually received an item that was returned already.

I've never had a bad experience with j & p cycles i just can't seem to find a seat that accommodates me on my heritage

Actually contacted to see if driver footboards were available for a Triumph America. They were not. Customer Service was so responsive to my inquiry, I decided to buy my helmet from J&P.

I ordered the color yellow. The color delio was yellow ice which is clear but it looks good on my bike so we cool

First, YES I did Receive my Order. You were informed it was delivered to my mailbox, job at as I was. Not need to ask. Though the baffles are "supposed to work" on my pipes, they are too long. No problem. I can easily adapt them faster and easier than returning them. I could've made the baffles in my machine shop, but I figured being lazy and bit ng them would be better.
This does NOT mean I won't order from you again. It's ok at that it's hotter than Hell in my part of Texas, I've been outside building new fence for my cattle and I'm a bit short! When I saw the email asking me if I received my package, I answered, THEN was brought here for an "opportunity" to say if I got the items, and if I was satisfied. Trust me! Had I not received them already, or if I was totally pissed about them NOT fitting, they would've been returned, AND I'd have sent a REAL nasty-gram.

The web site was good and the part was as expected, even gave military discount. 4 stars on experience due to being a week late and the packaging was crushed and destroyed. Luckily it was a small part and was not damaged.
