I got the joyride harness for my puppy first and loved it so much we ordered the rainbow one for my three legged husky mix. They are so easy to put on and our dogs are so comfortable in them. I've trained every harness on the market at this point i think, and this is the best one hands down.
I have a long, skinny dog and it can be difficult to find a harness that works for her odd body shape. Luckily, the XS Joyride Harness fits her perfectly and is super cute to boot! I now have it in three colors... depending on her mood, obviously.

This company has exceeded my expectations with the quality of the products. They even stand behind the warranty of their products. My dogs harness was frying on the upper part of the harness. By the handle. I reached out to them on the webchat. They advised me to send a photo of the harness and an agent would get back to me. They promptly did so. And sent out a new harness. I received it in 7 days. Thank you so much Joyride Harness for standing behind your products and having such quick response times. My Tankie really appreciates his harness.

This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time, possibly ever. They are dishonest and unresponsive. No one answers chat features, no one answers the phone, and their responses over email are slow, unhelpful, dishonest, and vague. It appears impossible to leave a review on their own website, which makes me think that all of the good reviews are falsely generated.
The website says that they will send a label for exchanges, but they have not done so and have given me the runaround about that for nearly a month now. I have disputed the charge on my credit card because it has been such a horrible experience and I am done dealing with them.
I am very sorry for your experience with our company. If you provide your order number we are happy to review what the issue is for your exchange. We are experiencing a high volume of emails and web-chats do to an influx of new customer orders. We are working with our email and web team to make sure they are providing quick customer service.
Answer: At this point in the game I believe this company is a scam a total scam if an Ever I get my product I will change my reviews in regards to what the product is before now they are terrible

Answer: No. No. And did I say no? All they have is a chat box where all you get is the run around from someone who is feeding you a line of pure BS. "Oh we're so sorry." and all the other pat excuses to just wear you out until you give up any hope of ever receiving your order. I paid by debit card so that money is gone. I hope they choke on it.
