I have ordered 5 or more of these harnesses. They are excellent and easy to put on. The last one I purchased, I ordered an XL, however, it didn't fit. So, I took the large we were using and put it over the XL. To my surprise, it was the same size. The only difference was 1/2 an inch extra on the belt. The harness I purchased was a "final sale". When I brought this to their customer service, with pictures and advising I just needed a XL or XXL, the only reply has been... "I have send your request to our lead agent". This has been 2 weeks and 3 different messaging asking for an update. It is sad that they have a "guarantee" but don't seem to honor that.
I received no reply to my email I received consecutive emails each differing promotion and nowhere did I see returns ship cost both ways, "free" ship marketed plus return shipping cost. $6.95 twice. Free ship offered on order isn't really free in the event of return
I find this company not interested in my dog being safe. I took my dog out for a walk at dusk, he is black. And he backed out of this harness in a BLINK OF AN EYE! In a NEW YORK MINUTE, he was out of this harness and gone! I was HORRIFIED! I could not believe it! SHOCKED! I had GREAT friends that stuck with us looking for my beloved pet, and apprx 3 hours later we found him in a CANAL full of water. I will NEVER put this harness back on my dogs. My posts get deleted all the time! This harness needs to be revamped so that a dog cannot slip out of it backward. I was left with the lead and harness in my hand and no dog! Unless they correct this flaw! I cannot recommend this harness!
I ordered a large Orange harness, a large orange leash, and poop bag holder.
The order was accepted for what I ordered and my credit card was charged.
I then got a email saying the color was out of stock. Not a big deal we went with Blue because its what we got last time. A large blue leash showed up, a medium leash showed up. The medium leash would do us no justice with our dog. Then the return/exchange process began. I started the process for the leashes exchange and before i hit finished nowhere was there an option for a larger leash. I then sent numerous emails for help. I made phone calls. They don't accept phone calls. I sent and email stating I was unhappy and asked somebody to call me. Got an email a link to exchange. So i attempted the process again. My only option was a gift with Joyride for the total amount. If I wanted money back it was only a fraction of the cost of the that was already charged to my CC. If I sent back I would also be responsible for some of the shipping. Our dog is just about two years old. We have owned 4 or 5 Joyride harnesses. Never had a problem like this before. I joyride has done nothing to try to fix it or listen to the return limitations.
I will shop local and support local moving forward. Disappointed with them and they just don't seem to care.
I recently purchased 2 harnesses for my new dogs already having one dog that has a Joyride harness that we liked. I love the product. The company was a nightmare to deal with. Horrible communication. No matter how many times I asked, nobody would call me. Sometimes it just takes a conversation to clear something up but they refused to communicate by phone. Text and email only. Also, I could have purchased this through Amazon and received it in two days. I went directly through the company and it took two weeks.
They emailed me a promotion and then told me I could not use it. I purchased two harnesses for the 15% bulk discount. Then they emailed me an offer for a 3rd harness at half price. I purchased it to take advantage of the low price. Then they emailed me that I could not use that discount. Now I had 3 harnesses with one of them 50% off and I only needed 2. They refunded my initial payment for 2 and charged for the 3. Then they refunded another partial payment and I ended up at the end with 2 harnesses the second one being 50% off. The whole transaction was ridiculously complicated and stressful. I will never do business with this company again.I
I purchased a Joyride harness for my 45 pound lab mix on Nov 26,2022. After three months of enjoying using it, the buckle broke and my dog could simply slide out of it! That's dangerous! So I contacted the company to ask for help. Their website says there is a 365 day warranty for any defects. However, the customer service representative sent me a reply saying sorry, after reviewing my case, they are unable to help because I bought it from them through Amazon! Amazon won't help because it is literally one week past the three month return window. Terrible customer service! Joyride does NOT stand behind their product.
We have 4 English Bulldogs who are pullers when on a leash. We used a different harness that helped reign them in, but they had to step through the front loops, then connect the collar around their neck. No one cooperated. Then I saw a video for Joyride. Game. Changer. It was worth every penny to buy 4 at the same time. Now it takes less than 2 minutes to get all 4 harnessed up & ready to go. And they no longer pull at their harness, so the pups like them, too. Plus, the chest design means that even if they do pull, I'm not worried about undue pressure on their windpipe. I highly recommend Joyride - easy on, easy off, fantastic design.
I have purchased these harnesses for all my dogs (we have FIVE retrievers!). They are the best! Easy on. Easy off. Last. Look great. Durable! I cannot say enough about them. I have purchased them for gifts for friends that have dogs of all sizes. They are a bit more expensive than most, but worth the difference.
These are the best harness that I have ever had. Excellent quality and very durable. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love these harnesses. I have 3 rescue pits and each one wears their harness on walks or rides. I also purchased the seat belt strap. The harness gave me more control to train them for walking without the pulling by using the side hook and each one has now graduated to walking using the center hook. They are safe and secure when riding in the car and when I get them out they do the happy dance because it is a tool they recognize for going out. Thank you for an easy on training product.

This has been the best harness I've purchased for my puppy. I even got a size up for when he grows out of his current one. It's super easy to slip on and I love the seatbelt clip I ordered with it. Can't recommend it enough.

I have 3 dogs and use Joyride Harnesses for all of them when we go for walks. Love the colors and patterns available and I feel very secure knowing that the harness will not come off or they cant wiggle out of it. I would highly recommend the Joyride Harness.

I had to email them six times about a return. When I them I reported them to the Attorney GENERAL, BBB and the credit card company I got a response. They told me not to send all those emails. Then you have to have all tags on the harness. Of you do not find out on to try to return the product. DO NOT buy anything from them. The harness did not work at all. My dog still continue to pull.The claims are false.
Karen, We have responded to you many times Here is a copy of the email i sent to you. I advised to respond to the same email link. I DID NOT say do not send all those emails. Yes our return policy is clear. You do need to have the tags in order to return. We send this to you in two different emails. Once in your confirmation email. And then in the shipping confirmation. It is also in our return policy. We are very clear about the return policy required.
And if you would have answered any of the emails i sent to you. I was actually willing to work with you. But you decided to continue to send threatening emails. We are not worried about bad reviews. We can take a bad review from an unhappy customer. But you never gave us the opportunity to work with you prior to the threats.
1. I will go to every place to comment on your customer service and your return policy which you never inform your customers. I am making a formal complaint with the BBB.
2. If I don't get an answer I will call the Attorney General and if needed the Federal Trade Commission.
3. I want this order canceled 805779. Poor customer relations.
4. I have called the credit card company and the Attorney General in your state. Both are investigating your company. I saw the that the BBB gave me about rates your customer service. 1.7.

We realize the harness isn't a magic cure for all dogs, but we have thousands of positive reviews and testimonials from dog owners that this harness has helped. The velcro on the chest strap does not stick and they will not do anything about it. They told me to take it to a tailor or a shoe repair shop. This is unacceptable!
Update: The company contacted me and after several emails, they agreed to give me the Black Friday discount on both of my harnesses, so I purchased 2 new harnesses.

Don't be fooled by BBB sign or the Guarantee. Very cheaply made product. The underbelly strap loosens when I walk my dog in it and he slips right out. He is a small dog and with the harness fully adjusted to fit him perfectly the underbelly strap slips out on walking. The customer service is not good so good luck on getting your money back. Read the return policy before buying. I was very disappointed that the harness was not made with better material quality.

Okay, I wish I would have researched more reviews before purchasing, not sure where or how they get their videos to look so convincing but so misleading. Just added it to the pile of others I've purchased it's not any better than any of them. If you do buy one leave the tags on because the return policy is ridiculous 1) can't return if you remove the tags even if you request a return the day after you get it 2) need to return without any dig hairs in the item? 3) you pay the return charge of $6.95 and the first shipping and possibly a restocking fee after they examine it! Don't waste your time or money totally not worth it!

This product was amazing when I got it, helped with The Bubs pulling enormously. Issue: the clasp comes undone at times! Sure the underbelly strap loosens, that can be tightened when necessary…but the clasp coming undone is a bad no-no!

Answer: I have had no issues with Joy Harness in my 3 different transactions with them.
Answer: No. No. And did I say no? All they have is a chat box where all you get is the run around from someone who is feeding you a line of pure BS. "Oh we're so sorry." and all the other pat excuses to just wear you out until you give up any hope of ever receiving your order. I paid by debit card so that money is gone. I hope they choke on it.
