Ordered senior photos, the picture quality was garbage. Images weren't sharp or clear, like the preview photo. Attempts to contact the company failed. They will not return calls or emails. Don't waste your money.
They put items on their so called website that doesn't work that are not available for purchasing and the quality of the clothing is not the best.
A commemorative 50 year class ring was ordered in November 2022 to be presented at a ceremony in April 2023. The rings presented were incomplete so a Jostens rep was onsite to take the rings for completion and resizing. The rings were promised to be sent via UPS to home addresses in 4 weeks. The rings were never sent. There was one excuse after another. The excuses were worded as "maybe" or "perhaps" which told me the rep has no personal interest in these rings. Dates if shipment were promised throughout the summer, the last being September 1st. Here it is the last week of September and no ring. Today I was told my ring had been sent to the high school and they returned it to be resized. The school #1, never received my ring #2, if they had, they had no way to know it still needed resizing without me trying it on. They also said the new mailing date is November 11th! A full year after it was ordered and already 5 months since the initial presentation? What kind of business stays in business with this kind of service, dishonesty and total lack of trust by the customer? I am beyond angry.
Order photos from this place. They charged me more than I requested and were way over priced. On top of that the pictures are not even clear. What a complete scam. No one needs to support scam companies. Really uncool.
Overpriced, deceptive marketing. "Essentials" package included essentials plus other unnecessary items for the low price of $300+. Items can be purchased separately but it is hard to navigate to on the website and is not obvious. A lot of families can't afford this and then what, their student can't participate in their graduation ceremony? Absolutely disgusting and everything that's wrong with our country.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced my order came it missing a item and I call spoke with customer service for them to tell me they can send out another item but can't give me a exact date I will receive it and no further action can be taken at this point they just taken people money with plead customer service
Yearbooks are now a minimum of $75.00. If you have a senior in high school and need to pay for senior portraits, this is outrageously expensive. In addition, they make sure that all the add-ons are already selected and you have to unselect them in order to NOT pay for even more. They start out saying it's actually $85.00 but that you can get a coupon for $10.00 off if you hurry because there is only 1 left. I'm glad my last kid is finishing this year. I will NEVER use them again. We have to because the High School is contracted with them.
After you pay for the ring senior year.They bill you a year later after graduation and tell you into pay more money or don't get the ring. Scam at its best!
I ordered a yearbook and it didnot arrive on time, a representative said the the add-ons will arrive on time so kids can have autographed pages on time and nothing, i called many times and emailed many times as well and no answer. Very bad business, schools should work with someone that will be able to send the items on time.

Ordered 7 caps and gowns on April 26th. Paid in full. After a few weeks of not getting a tracking number I called and was told I'd receive the order on or before May 31st. I received a voicemail on May 24th to tell me I owed them money for shipping. I called and was told that the order was fine and I would receive the order on or before May 31st. On May 30th I still have not received tracking information and called to find out what was happening. I was told my order was canceled due to unpaid shipping (I have a receipt from April 26th saying I paid in full and had no outstanding balance).
I spoke with a customer service rep and was told all they could do was reorder it, but could not guarantee any quick delivery. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor to talk to and that this was the only solution. I asked again to speak to a manager and the rep told me skeptically that he would but they would just tell me the same thing.
I spoke with the manager. He never apologized. He never acknowledged the mistakes that were made by the business on their end. All he could do was reorder my caps and gowns and try to rush it out to me. He even still charged me more than the original cost of the order to cover shipping costs after they made such a serious mistake and are risking that 6 of us students will not have our regalia for graduation.
Read the reviews of this company. Don't use them.
Customer Service is nonexistent. Tracking is nonexistent. Jostens needs to be abolished. Waiting on the phone for an hour!
I ordered my ring 8 weeks ago and haven't received. My receipt says 6-8 weeks to receive my Astros championship ring. I Called them and told me to wait another 3 to 5 weeks. Then told me that they will communicate with me next week and maybe give me a refund. I communicate this to Astros management because it is not fair for us to work with pishing companies like this.
They messed up with my daughter's graduation yearbook order and won't take responsibility. After hours on the phone with them, they claimed the school is the one to blame, even though they are the ones taking the money. Shameless.
My first order was good, although the school was a little concerned about the time it took to receive the cap & gown. However, I placed a RE-ORDER for 25 more Announcements, 50 more Foil Border name cards, and 40 more Photo Cards on April 14,2023. My Daughters graduation was May13th, 2023. On approximately April 27th, we received a Jostens package. Unfortunately it did not have the Photo Cards. My daughter called Jostens customer service and was told that they would send her a redemption code to re-order them AGAIN. She never received the code. Her graduation has come and gone and all we are getting from Jostens is the run around.
I would seriously give this company 0 stars if I could. Ordered Cap and Gown for my daughter's Graduation since Nov 2022! And they keep delaying the delivery. Called their customer service which is **** several times to know when it will be delivered and they don't have the information, keep sending me to different sales representative. They are seriously the worst company I have ordered from.
They are an awful company to deal with. Their craftsmanship is below par and costumer service is awful. Plan on spending at minimum 30 min on hold while waiting for customer service.
I had to send the ring back because it was the wrong size (because of their faulty measurement app). I had to pay to ship it back and when it was returned the entire ring was misshaped. I'm returning it!
When I called to tell them that I was returning the ring they said I'd have to pay $100 deposit! I will fight tooth and nail to ensure they don't get a dime!
Little do they know that I am in charge of my High Schools ring ceremony… they will be loosing our business as well!
Took 4 weeks to get my daughters grad announcement order. When it finally arrived, I received two other schools grad cards, not my order at all. No jostens customer service on weekends, so now I'm left with nothing to invite my family and friends to my daughters graduation... thanks for nothing jostens! Refund immediately m!
Called today after an 18 minute on hold wait the representative took even longer to resolve their error. The rep took over 6 minutes on hold to find my account and when I asked to expedite the mailing I sat on hold for almost as much time. Bad customer service.
I wanted to leave a review, because when I was making my decision I went in search a reviews and was hard pressed to find any positive feedback. Everything in my transaction went perfectly well and the ring turned out fantastic. The price was good quality is top-notch and the ring was delivered within the time frame that it was promised. I couldn't ask for anything more, I would recommend using jostens for a class ring.

Answer: Total scam.they are supposed to be legit but companies dont do what they do if its an legit company, its been a year since i sent stuff back and cant get a return on my stuff or even get an email thur to them and havent heard anything since i got my email with the return label from them
