Poor customer service! Took my money for the cap and gown months before graduation refuses to release states "it's at school discretion" did school pay for it? Was this mentioned ANYWHERE on the purchase slip? Big NO to both! I'm still waiting for a supervisor call back! Ordered one from Amazon for pictures for $19 came in the 2 days later! Overpriced crap! Never again. If I could I would give a zero rating!
Bought the real tree high school ring and with in one day the graphics came off and on top of that they misspelled her name wrong. And when my daughter called them to talk. The representative was so rude to her and then hung up the phone. The cheapest product that costed me $420.00 Please people do not buy there product. Its a headache and a waist of your time. I will posting back if i get a refund so far they are dodging my calls as in hanging up every time i ask for a refund.

Recently I ordered my daughters class ring not even a month had past the unworn ring was a different color. The worst quality overpriced ring ever! Waiting for their response.
I just received my daughter class ring, I order her ring but didn't tell her, just said don't worry about it I got you. It came this week and I'm heart broken, its so small I literally can not read anything on this ring. I cant give her this ring, $522.00 gone, it took me four months to pay for it, I cant afford another ring. She deserve better. I didn't, graduated but she is, I feel like crying. Shes going to be very disappointed, possibly humiliated by her friends. Everyone should put their review on FB/instagram etc.
We order our diplomas from Jostens and every year - nothing but problems. One department appears not to communicate with another. Its as if they rely on their automated system so much that humans can't function. Took them WEEKS to get our ship information right then they shipped to the wrong address THREE TIMES. Idiots. Looking for a new supplier. Any suggestions?!
My class ring was damaged. I sent it in, to them, to see if it could be repaired. They sent me a letter saying it could not be repaired but did not return the damaged ring. They stole over $500 worth of gold from me. When I called, they said there was nothing they could do to right the wrong and ended the call. Terrible company and service. Stay away!
They screwed up our ring order and made us pay to redo the ring... We designed the ring on their website and showed the guy taking orders on order day at the school. We asked for shadow cast metal and the may shamrock stone. It came back silver with a topaz stone. Like seriously!?
Every place I've ever worked eat costs to satisfy customers when we screw up this is how customer service works. I'm PISSED and from what I've seen of the other reviews looks like Jostens is getting a bad reputation..
I'm a teacher. In July of this year, Jostens sent out a catalog of clothing and I saw a nice Adidas 1/4 zip with my school logo on it. I ordered it on July 31,2019. The information stated that it would be 4-6 weeks.
7 weeks later (in October), I sent an email asking for information about my purchase. The customer service response was that it should be shipped in 1 week. By late October, I had sent another email with no response to my inquiry.
I opened up a complaint with the BBB. I either wanted my money back or my item within a week. Jostens responded by saying that they would refund the purchase price AND send the item anyway.
I received an email from them stating that the order for my school was delayed and that I should have received an email and they were sorry that I hadn't. They said that the order would be delayed an additional 2-3 weeks.
I received an order yesterday, November 26,2019. The order contained items for 2 of my colleagues, but not for me. I sent an email to those colleagues just to let them know I had their things, and were told that everyone was sent orders for multiple wrong people.
This has been a mess from the beginning. Don't order from them. Go find a local print/embroidery shop and give them your business if you need clothing. If you need a class ring, go directly to a jewelry shop.
While I'm appreciative they refunded my money (hence the 2 stars), this has been comically bad.
Check you invoices, Parents!
Compare you invoices to what they provide your student when ordering - each rep does their own deals! The numbers do not add up and then they say that they are "using an outside company" for those items and they can't. Where is that reflected on anything you provide to parents and students?. It should still be reflected! You need to be honest with what you are selling - including ALL amounts, service fees, FULL reflected parent deposit amounts on accounts! Buyers beware and be prepared to get the full run around! We need to stand up to companies who continue to railroad consumers.
I don't recommend using Josten's! They were very rude and weren't very helpful when I tried to ask questions, specifically the representative that visited my school.
Ordered a class ring through jostens when they came to my school. It was all going well until the ring actually arrived.
First off the gem in the middle of the ring was the wrong one. I got the amethyst stone and received a green one. When trying to return it the were going to make us pay to ship it back. After waiting 3 months for the new ring to return it still came back wrong. The stone was right now, but they added a crest in the middle of the stone, something that I had not asked for. Called and returned it again, and after waiting another 3 months the ring returned. Now the gem has the wrong cut in it. Asked for the sunburst cut but it came with the standard diamond cut. This is despite the fact that the last two rings had the correct stone cut in it. Nearly 8 months and $600 later I still do not have the ring that I wanted or ordered. Terrible.
We ordered our daughters class ring her JR yr (that was a mess) & because we didn't wait till her SR fall sem. She doesn't get a free cap & gown. We ordered her a senior pullover & two wks later still has not received it - they don't know where it is. They said UPS has it call them. Wow! Great costumer service. Had no problems with our older son's stuff & getting a free cap & gown - TOTALLY different story with our daughter. Not happy at ALL!
I purchased a jacket from this company and I went by their size chart to make sure it would fit because they don't offer a refund or exchange. Well let's just say it didn't even come close to fitting and my husband even tried it on just to be sure now keep in mind he is smaller than me and it didn't fit him either. I emailed the company and they said they would give me %50 off another size... REALLY! They did a great job on the lettering but I'm out $50 and I have a jacket that I can't wear or even give away.
I received a shirt with Euless Trinity logo on it and the letters were orange instead of red, so I let them know and they made another shirt and it was just like the first one. So, I contact Jostens again and I was told that it's the machine. Jostens is a large company, so why is their red, orange? Also, you can see the line around the logo, where they ironed it on! This should not happen! I am very disappointed!
Worst company you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with!
Ordered my sons cap & gown was assured it would be delivered on time it was NOT! In fact didn't get it until over a week AFTER Graduation!
Their "customer service" is a JOKE, the supervisors are as uninformative as the reps are.
Called in 5/29 was told my order would be refunded it is now 6/6 and STILL no refund. They blame the bank yet the bank has never received a refund as my bank does not place holds on refunds.
Do yourself and child the favor of going elsewhere. Unless you want their day ruined because that is what Jostens is known for... they create lasting memories but sadly no good ones!
UPDATE: 6/6/19
Contacted customer service again, still no refund. I'm now being told that it can take 5-10 business days from the time a refund is approved! This meaning 30 days for a refund!
Contacted corporate no response. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau(Jostens has not responded to that either)
My son's ring ceremony was on 5/23/19 and we found out during the ring cermony that his ring was not delivered to the school. I called the Monday before his ring ceremony to find out if I needed to pick it up and I was told that it was sent to the school already. When I found out during the ceremony that he did not have a ring i called jostens and was told the ring was mailed to my house. When the rep called me back i was then told that she still had the ring because the school was closed already the Friday before. Mind you they had my phone number and email address. And I also called to ask about the ring. My child was very disappointed, as well as his parents. The rep acted like it was no big deal. The ring was delivered to my house but by that time the excitement was over. Needless to say I will not be using Jostens again for his high school graduation.
Ordered my first college class ring. Ordered the Greek Letter Rho (P) to be encrusted or inlaid on the stone. THEY WROTE OUT RHO!
Customer service is awful and the quality of printing is HORRIBLE. Took one month to finally receive the announcements I ordered for my son's college graduation. Company will not take responsibility for their work and will not refund my money.
Ordered a graduate package for my daughter that was offered from her school for $260.00 Mind you I paid for this on 10/26/2018... as graduation comes near I get an email from Jostens saying the rest of my daughter package will be delivered to her high school tomorrow but "I have a balance due"! What do you mean I'm thinking! I call and they tell me I wasn't charged taxes bc they didn't know our states tax rate! Really? So you as a business couldn't research and find out the "tax rate" for our state!?...$20 and I apparently forgot to include "shipping and handling" as well, which was $10.97! Mind you a sales rep/delivery person was physically bringing all the students caps and gowns etc to The High School! Why are you charging each student shipping and handling for one person to deliver, to one location (high school cafeteria)? With that said my daughter had to have another $30 CASH in hand to give the rep in order to get her cap and gown from them! Terrible way to do business. And in reality the package "deal" was NOT $260, it was $290 almost $300! My other daughter graduates next year and she won't be getting A Thing from Jostens and they Will Not be getting Anymore of my money! I can make my own announcements for $10 and personalize them! What a joke!
I ordered graduation announcements, to send to family and friends, when they arrived they were invitations to the ceremony. In what school are you allowed to invite 40 guest to the school to the ceremony? I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash after being told there were no refunds on them. Jostens is a over priced, uncaring company that bleeds us dry due to school connections and they could care less about the customers,

Answer: Total scam.they are supposed to be legit but companies dont do what they do if its an legit company, its been a year since i sent stuff back and cant get a return on my stuff or even get an email thur to them and havent heard anything since i got my email with the return label from them
