My daughter was awarded a Letterman Letter and her school ordered from this company. It looks like a child cut the pattern out. Lines are not even, over-cut areas, etc.

No milestone here

I have a senior on high school. As with most seniors, we ordered announcements. We received the announcements 2 weeks ago. The cover was perfect and the verbage was excellent. However, the inside flap where the name card goes was a glossey cartoon of a Spartan. He had a sword and shield. The shield was labeled "Doherty Spartans". That is not our mascot. I called Jostens and told them of the error. They apologized and reordered the announcements. They assured me it would be taken care of. Well today I received the new "corrected" version.
Again the front and text part looks great. But, the name cards area still had the Doherty Spartans. I am livid. I called Jostens again. I told the agent the situation. She was empathic and patient. She assured me that the announcements would be perfect. So it takes about 2 weeks to get the order. I mentioned to the agent that I will receive them from the 24-27. My sons graduation is the 23rd. We will get the announcements after the graduation ceremony. The agent asked me to hold. When she returned, she offered me two options. 1) a full refund and I return both orders. (Meaning I would pay postage to return the orders) 2) half a refund and they send me the "correct" announcements. I choose #2. This way its late but I can send his senior pictures with it.
Currently we have not received his cap, gown and sash. I have contacted the school to see if they have received it. With this mess, my son has decided not to participate in his Commencement. This is not the way we planned to celebrate his milestone. Please be careful if you order from Jostens.

This is the worst graduation service you can ask for. I ordered something for my son 2 month ago and this is the time I never received it yet. So, I feel like He is going to graduate and He is not going to received anything. My recommendation is NEVER USE THIS store

I purchased a graduation Gwen from this company for my masters and made a mistake in the order, when I called to correct it, customer service member answered me and said he could not do a partial cancellation. He said he will cancel the whole order and give me a refund in the meantime I need to make a new order. I started another order and paid for it $128, assuming they will refund my previous order. It never happened I called multiple times they kept me on the line 55 minutes with nothing to be solved. Thank God I contacted PayPal and give me a refund for that amount that I lost. This company has no reliability their customer service incredibly terrible and they will get you nowhere. Don't use them ever.

Never again would I spend another Penny here... once you make an order oh, then that's it there will be no more communication from Jostens... they try to direct all questions to the school, who has no idea... I was just reading that your books were dropped off at the school in October without any email to let the customers know... it is now may and still nobody knows what the heck is going on... I just kind of feel like they should be dealing directly with their customers instead of the schools, considering it is their money they are receiving and not from the school... arrogant terrible place with very low reviews, but yet they still have all of the contract with the schools... I guess once you have a monopoly on something you don't have to care about customer service no more... do not waste your time or money here, they do not appreciate their customers

Okay so I never write reviews and this is actually the first time I'm doing this but I had to. I ordered my cap and gown March 13th and it still has not come in. It's May now and my graduation is in 2 days and if I don't receive it by tomorrow I won't be able to walk the line for my college graduation. I'm extremely disappointed because I have called Jostens 3 times and every time they tell me they are shipping the products now. This was supposed to be an exciting moment for me but now I'm stressed and want it to be over. I hope Jostens fixes their customer service and shipping because future grads should not have to go through this.

Josten's has sent over half of my graduating class (2021) the wrong graduation regalia. They were "out of stock" of the colors needed for our gowns and hoods and made the decision to change the colors without contacting my school or anyone in my class to discuss this. Their 'resolution' to this is to send us the correct color on back order, which they acknowledge will not be here in time for our graduation. At this time, they are refusing to provide any refunds. Do NOT use this company for any orders, their customer service is terrible and they provide very unreliable products.

Absolutely Terrible

I ordered my Diploma Frame on 23 March 2021 and called Jostens on 23 April 2021 to inquire the status of my delivery. They stated my order was placed on "hold" because they don't ship outside of the United States. I explained it was an APO AE address and that it is the same as shipping in the states. The Rep said "okay let me place you on a brief hold." I was on hold for 38 minutes, no follow-up emails, no status update sent in 30 day's as to why my order was on hold, nothing. I'm going to implore Purdue University to quit advertising this company.

The rep was nice when I ordered the ring. After that I could not get anyone on the phone and the rep went ghost. It is too bad that this company has cornered the market on class rings. I would suggest going to a local jeweler. They are too big and do not care about customer service.

My daughter is a graduate this year for 2021. We have paid for all of her merchandise back in early January. But we are still waiting on her announcements and cap and gown from Jostens. The school says they have the cap and gowns but cannot release them bc it's not their property. But what Jostens needs to realize it is the students property. The parents paid for all of their items. Plus paid shipping. So why should it be held at the school at the discretion of Wendell Samson the Rep to be given out. I contacted Jostens yday and was told that the announcements haven't been finished and shipped from the factory. Today is April 16, graduation is May 22. That leaves little time to receive them, prepare them and get them mailed out (esp with the mail system nowadays) before graduation. My daughter has missed 2 photo appts for her cap and gown pics bc of this. And we have lost deposits bc of that. I am so glad I only have one child and never have to use Jostens again. Schools should boycott Jostens and look for other places for their Graduation gear, etc.

Disappointed

My high school son will never get the opportunity to celebrate his accomplishment and achievement with his graduating announcement because Josten's did not deliver them. When Josten's representative came to the school to deliver caps and gowns, my son's announcements were not with his order. Not one person could tell me where his announcements were located but we were told they could rerun his order but that would take 2-3 weeks. By then he would have graduated. I am extremely upset, disappointed and sadden by Jostens. When I sent an email to the company explaining the situation I received no response just a refund for my order. While I appreciate the refund, no email response or apology is unacceptable.

We ordered our daughters Graduation announcements through Josten's and we are now only a month out from her graduation. I spoke to them and they stated the announcements should be delivered within the next two weeks giving us only two to three weeks to send them out to family and friends! I would highly discourage everyone to use someone else!

Place a cap and gown order and for 3 days have been trying to pay for it. At least 10 different calls with no resolution. Some can find the order some cannot and they keep transferring me to other departments. I entered all my cc info online! This company is so awful!

I sent my ring in with a check for a simple warranty service. They cashed the check, and then that was all I heard. I called to ask where it was, and they said they shipped it to the wrong address and it was being returned to them. Over the course of two weeks, they promised to overnight it to me four times, but not once would they email me a tracking number or call me with an update. Every time I called, it was the same thing: we'll overnight it today. Are they buying time to build a replacement? Are they a total scam? Who knows; with these guys, it's all "the check's in the mail" kind of answers. It's the kind of service I expect from Big O Tires, not a jeweler.

Very Difficult Website

I have never given an online review for a company before, but I've had it with this one. My 4th child is about to graduate, and I STILL can't just go to the website and order a cap and gown and be done in a few minutes... Jostens in determined to sell you everything you don't want and you will have to be a website guru to figure out how to order JUST the cap and gown that is required for graduation.
