I bought two watches in the span of one month, both of them defective. In less than 4weeks the second watch did not keep time accurately. Returning the defective watch for replacement and/or service was a hassle. It has been in service for 3 months now, and on our last communication the service department at JomaShop told me it would take another 6 months for the repair to be completed. This is unacceptable, especially from a company advertizing their customer service.

I had a very bad earlier purchase but decided to give them ONE MORE CHANCE!

It was more than a week and they did not send my order. I contacted them and was asked to do some strange verification using my work email. After successful completion of verification they CANCELLED MY ORDER saying they ran out of stock and then IGNORED ALL MY MESSAGES FOR RESOLUTION.

SERIOUSLY? SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... SO MUCH FOR SECOND CHANCES

Be very careful when you purchase from Jomashop.

I've bought six watches from this website. Two were delivered VERY late (+3-weeks).

On the sixth watch, I returned a pre-owned Tudor Fastrider Black Shield, which I purchased for almost $3,000.

I wore it once.

When I returned it (within the 30-day window), they told me it had signs of wear (note: I purchased it pre-owned), and after I spoke to customer service, they acknowledged that the claim of a pre-owned watch showing "wear" was a silly claim.

Thus, Jomashop charged me $500 for a restocking fee (16.67%).

Very disappointed with this website.

Personally, I'll be more careful to deal with them in the future.

Not Honorable! I purchased a one-ounce gold South
I purchased a one-ounce gold South African krugerrand [1988] three weeks ago. Just after I placed the order, the spot price of gold fell by twenty-three dollars. I am an adult and I didn't ask for a reduced price. The coin arrived in acceptable condition, and I reviewed the Jomashop website. Trusting this company, I placed two more orders for Krugerrands [1972/1973].
A noticeable delay was experienced in shipping, necessitating multiple calls to Ryan, Kamela, Ari, and Farouk. All promising immediate shipping. It still took an extra week to ship.
After delivery and inspection, I placed another order for a 1972 Krugerrand because the 1972 coin was less than perfect. I followed up with a telephone call immediately after placing the order. I was promised quick delivery. Yet, the company took five days before beginning processing the order. In the meantime, the price of spot gold increased. After five days the company informed me that the coin was unavailable. After calling both Ari and Farouk, I was told, if I waited over the weekend, the coin would be shipped and that the price was guaranteed. Today [Monday], I was informed that the order would not be honored because of the "mispricing" of the krugerrand. There was no appeal. I had planned on buying many more. DON'T TRUST THEM TO HONOR THEIR WORD!

I don't know anything about watches. Fortunately, I have a friend that collects them. I asked for advice on a nice all purpose watch at a decent price. He recommended several brands but only one dealer for my price range.
I selected a decent swiss watch that looks great, keeps great time and jomashop gave me a good price.
The item arrived in less than a week. It looks great and I didn't even have to adjust the band. Order #
