I had ordered a watch from jomashop. Received a mail that the product has been delivered but i never got the product. When i called them regarding the same, they asked me to check with the neighbours and go to post office and check. They are delivering a $528 watch and asking me to check with neighbours and post office. They should have called while attempting a delivery and should at least get a signature of the receiver.

On further communications, they told me that they are going to proceed with a shipping claim, but won't give an assurance for refund for the watch.

The entire situation was handled very badly and it made me feel as if it is a fraudulent website.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I ordered a watch and changed my mind upon receiving it. I was able to send it back and order another watch. Within an hour of submitting a return request I had shipping label printed and sent back, very prompt service. Shipping time is also quick, got refunded within a week and received new watch which I'm very happy with.

I wonder why Jomashop have so many fake positive reviews when their products are faulty customer is horrible. I bought a watch which stopped 3 months later. Tissot refused to honour warranty & said no other brand will honour Jomashop product as they are not authorised to sell any branded stuff & they are grey sellers. When contacted Jomashop first agreed to cover the cost of repair but later one of their rude lady Grace refused to cover that as well.

First time buying was great. I loved all the little details. Time and date were accurately set and the watch was totally spotless and well packed. Truly a premium experience.

Bought a tag heuer carrera 01. It Says it's 100 Meter water resistant but is not. Had it for 3 days, took a trip to Hawaii. Second day there water got in. Keep in mind I don't know how to swim and went in 5 feet. No where near 100meters. They blame me for not putting the crown in, when I know I did first day I got it. Issue happened 5 days later. If crown wasn't in, wouldn't the watch stop working and not tell time? They refused to replace or exchange it. Horrible customer service, talked to 2 managers who ducked me around for almost 3 weeks. I was told to do w. E I wanted, that I was stuck with the watch. They said I used the watch so I can't return it. I asked for an exchange not a refund. How do you know a watch is defective without using it? Once you remove tags and wear it. That's it! At that point your stuck and you can't return it. So it's best to have it in the box and walk around with it everywhere and hope it's ok. Cool logic Jomashop. Any bad reviews left on their website they won't post them. Better of buying an Apple Iwatch for $400 bucks then paying 4K for a watch that's worthless from this company.

Order M1DC5859. This was my second purchase with Jomashop. I love my Ray Ban Wayfarer Polarized Sunglasses. I got them here for the lowest prices available compared to any other retailer. And did not have to worry about it being fake. It is 100% genuine. The shipping was quick as well. Will shop again with Jomashop soon.

It is really great feeling knowing that someone is still able to take care about every detail during transaction. Especially post-buying service and contact on case of (f. E.) shipping emergency. I do appreciate.
