Absolutely horrible. Never have I had to wait this long to get a response about getting my money back! I bought a movado watch for my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago! I ordered it and was never notified that the watch was out of stock. I wouldn't have known that if I wasn't checking shipment. I saw that it wasn't shipped and no confirmation... NOTHING! If I didn't call I would be still waiting for my watch. Now for my money back it's taking them forever to refund my money! I won't be ordering from them again!

Horrible customer service! You want to know how good their customer service... just call them with issues on your item. I had purchased a Breitling navitimer for $4145. Received the Navitimer and decided to exchange it for a Breitling super ocean heritage II. Returned it and instead of getting an exchange I was refunded the amount I paid minus the $300 plus restocking fee. I called to speak to customer service to inform them this was an exchange and he stated it was a refund. Asked to speak with a manager and he said there was none available and I would have to call two days later. He was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. Wow this is how you treat a customer that was trying to exchange a 4k transaction. Never again! I would never buy from jomashop ever especially if that is how they treat a customer after a expensive purchase. I contacted my credit card company and this is when they charged me and tried sending me an exchange. I told them not to send as I am not doing business with them and I know if I have any future issues with the new watch I was getting it would be a pain in the butt to have to deal with their horrible customer service. If you do order pray you have no issues with the watch and buy with AMEX or a credit card to protect you from these scam artist. I'll eat the restocking fee and take it as a lesson not to do business with this company. Lesson learned. Go AD or from a jeweler that sells watches with manufacturers warranty and papers. The resale value is higher and they can give prices as low as jomashop. Buyer beware! Also I have purchased an Omega speedmaster in the past but I had no issues as I did not need to speak with them but I do know I will not send my watch for warranty work with them. Be sure to read other reviews on their customer service on watch forums before you trust them with your money.

The right watch is hard to find because not a lot of stores have the inventory, dimensions and details, and pricing that I needed to feel confident about the purchase. Jomashop delivered all of the information I needed at the proper price, so I made the choice to purchase the watch. The checkout, payment, and delivery of the watch were all executed very well. I wrote this review because they are offering a $100 gift card for the review, but I do honestly love the watch, and still keep an eye on Jomashop for another bargain on a watch I want next.

I wanted to add the SKX007j to my collection of JDM Seiko divers and, as usual, Joma delivered in fine fashion.

I placed my order (order M1D*******), it was shipped out quickly and packaged well, and I soon received exactly what I needed.
It wasn't my first purchase from Jomashop and it won't be my last. They treat you well when you choose to spend your hard-earned money here.

¡¡¡¡¡¡ALERT! This company Jomashop is fake. It does not respect clients, does not deliver, and false advertisements on the product posted. I ordered a watch for my birthday. The company posted they had the watch in stock and it would be delivered in 3 days, in time before my bday. Anxious to get the watch, I kepted looking at my email to check for shipment and tracking number. On my birthday I still did not recieved it. I called asking to talk to managers but they were never available. I was told multiple times that it was out if stock and waiting on the shipment directly from the company. I was given multiple rescheduled dates with emails I received from Ashley C., Faith H., and Kamela R. They were all so disrespectful. None would allow me to speak to a manager. Instead they offered to cancel the order but I really want this watch. It meant so much to me. I felt discriminated because every time I would call I would ask to speak with a person who talked Spanish or Portuguese but was told no one spoke either of those languages or that the customer service rep was not available. I tried to use my broken English to communicate with them. Until now, my order is still open since August 5th, today is September 16,2019. I am not going to cancel his order. I would like for this company to deliver the product I was promised. Up until now, the Jomashop company has only offered a $40 discount and a bunch of excuses. This company should be shut down, taken off online for false advertisement and misleading consumers. If you are thinking on buying from this company DON'T! LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE! Save yourself from the headaches, back and forth from scam artists. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FALSE COMPANY, Jomashop. ( My wife helped me write this message)

I have bought several items from jomashop in the passed and have had a relatively good experience with them. But the last two items have been nothing but bad. One watch there was issues with it that should have been seen before it was shipped but was missed by jomashop. Return and refund was ok for the time frame that it took. The last watch I bought from them was well a disaster to say the least. Received the item watch was not secure in the watch box and protective cover that goes on the watch was in the box and not on the watch. I'm sure you can see where this is going. A fairly expensive watch with scratches and knicks on it from the time I opened the box. For a $4,000 dollar watch to look like this either jomashop just failed completely on making sure there watches are taken care of or this was a return of some sort and was just shipped out without looking at it. And from the complaints lately that have been posted on the BBB I would say something is going wrong there. Going on day 4 and still have not heard or seen a reply to the emails more then one that I have sent. I will never buy from jomashop again and have started to spread the word to go other places and stay away from jomashop

I'm a watch aficionado. My mother had a thing for this particular watch, I remember from when I was a kid she mentioned to me on the week of my wedding. At that particular moment I remembered I didn't have picked one to wear for the special day. I came to jomashop to waste time and searched this beauty found them at a very reasonable price then realized I got even a better deal on it than I was originally thinking. Went for it financed through the recommended company on jomashop process took literally seconds. My fear was to not get it that same week. It made it here in just couple days on regular delivery. I have no specific words to describe how satisfied I am with my experience with you guys. Thanks
