This is the second tonne we've used jomashop, and im loving the experience. First time, my sister borrowed my watch and broke it (little sisters) and couldn't afford to buy me a new one in the local Macy's where my husband got mine. But then she found it on the jomashop website for half the price, and it arrived within a week. It's almost 2 years later and the watch is still in perfect condition. And now she wanted the same watch and I returned the favor. Awesome experience!

Jomashop in a few words: Legit products, no fakes, the best prices. These sun glasses are amazing. Definitely worth it, and the most affordable looking around. I highly recommend these glasses if you want to look ridiculously good looking. Thanks to these glasses I can work on my Zoolander faces, "Blue Steel", "Le Tigra", "Ferrari", and on a great day, "El Nino". Watch out people, I'm here to take over the runway and the world! Of all the websites. Buying things off Amazon has started to make me question if its becoming simply a large marketplace of chinese imitations? Third party sellers can offer prime. Construction seems pretty good. Craftsmanship appears high, all edges smooth. Hinges nice.It'll do. Sent them off to have RX polarized lenses put in. I've also owned two pairs of WayFarers, I would say Jomashop holds it down the best, there are a lot of fakes out there but not with the Joma

The worst experience ever had with an online shop in my life. After spending more than 6,000 dollars in 2018 on a Zenith watch, a Prada bag and some other luxury bags and wallets, I decided to purchase a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from them.

The item I received was in used condition with clear marks of use. When I requested them to replace it with a new one they offered me 10$ off the price I paid to keep it. Apparently this is something that they do to get rid of their used products so be aware of these scam techniques.

After I refused to keep the used product they told me that I can return it for a replacement in new condition. I sent it back and they received it on June 7th 2018. When I called back to check what is the status of the delivery of the replacement product they told me that they don't have any stock of the product in new condition.

I've spoken with more than 10 people of their staff and no one has done anything and they still have my money 1 month after I returned the used item I sent to them.

In the last communication I had with them on Live Chat through their website, their representative called "Laura" has closed down the chat when I described the situation to her and informed her that I will proceed with legal action unless I have my money back.

Strong suggestion on my end, beware of their scam techniques especially if you buy expensive items as you might not even see your money back unless you sue them.

Order number M1C******* was my second order (previously I had ordered from my wife's account), and I was happy and satisfied for the second time in row. A Rado watch, Micheal Kors tote, Tom Ford and Roberto Cavalli eyeglass frames and a watch tool kit... All at super discount, and most importantly, 100% genuine!
Shipping was optimum with tracking and delivery was well within time. Excellent customer service and communication. Prompt and relevant reply.
I definitely look forward to do business with jomashop yet again, and recommend them 200% to anyone or there. These guys are simply genuine and sell original.
