I have had a Citizen watch for about a decade. My old one needed repairing and it was not going to be cheap in the country I live in, A friend was in US and said he would bring me a watch back if I ordered it - but I would have to be quick because it was a short visit.

I eventually found Jomashop. The price was amazing. I upgraded to faster shipping and it arrived right on time. I can't tell you how it was packaged, because my friend opened it and just brought me the watch back, but I am extremely happy with the watch.

Although, Jomashop is known for its spectacular watch deals, I recently purchased a Michael Kors handbag at an amazing price! I purchased the handbag as an Xmas gift for my mother and she loved it! In addition, I was looking to buy an MK watch for a friend, I had questions regarding the watch which prompted me to enter a live chat with one of their customer service agents. They were prompt, kind, and all of my questions were answered. Definitely, Jomashop is a great place to shop!

Like the Kinetic watch I ordered from Jomashop. I even figured out a way to fast charge the watch within 5 minutes to reserve 6 months power.

Look and Feel: Great, Crystal Sapphire without any scratch for 2 months daily wear.
Accuracy: So far only one time I found the watch was faster than it should be, may be it is because the adjustment pin was accidentally touched. Otherwise, it stays with the Atomic Clock.
Power Reserve: Steady

I am very much looking forward to order a couple another watches from Jomashop, if the price can be dropped.

I've had my new Citizen EcoDrive for several months... the price from Jomashop was the best... no body else came close. The watch was brand new, runs fine... came in the original box. It's not protected by a Citizen warranty since it appears that it's available if you purpose the product from a jeweler at a much higher price but it comes with a Jomashop warranty. My other EcoDrive watch is 12 years old and runs fine so I don't expect it to be an issue. Delivery was prompt...

My title above describes every purchase experience with Jomashop -- smooth and easy purchases using their easy to follow online software and quick shipping response from them. I highly recommend Jomashop over other online or call in watch sales shops as well as for advertised jewelry which I've also purchased. I've never needed to return a single item, their quality assurance is excellent.

I finally ordered my first watch from Jomashop and couldn't have been happier.
About 2 weeks after it came the watch was on sale for $146 less, I called and with their 30 day price guarantee in effect I was credited $46 by Jomashop and the other $100 was sent to me via check. The watch I had bought was even a better deal and the folks@ Jomashop were very helpful all during the "whole" process.

This website/company is very true to their word! All the products i've received from this website is exactly what they show and advertise. All of the pictures and descriptions are exactly what the product is. Not only is everything good quality and authentic but shipping is also very fast! I've ordered 4 Michael Kors watches and a Michael Kors purse off this website and I just love it all!
