However, it has happened to me on occasion that a piece brings a slight scratch-very tenuous. If you are looking for a reputable dealer and be sure to shop online so that you get what you buy, here in Jomashop an option. Jomashop did not pay me to write this review.

Hi, I purchased two watches on 12/21 and paid for 3 day shipping in order to receive it by Christmas Eve.
I received one of the watches on 12/28 which was well past the 3 day shipping I paid for. I reached out to customer support and received a response a week later stating my other watch is on the way -- it didn't address my issue of getting refunded for the 3 day shipping.
As for the other watch, I also got an email stating it's out of stock and it won't be available for another 1 or 2 weeks. I never got an email update on the status of my order and I received it more than 4 weeks after purchasing it.
In regards to the watches themselves, my parents are extremely satisfied with it. My biggest gripe was the lack of communication, the delays, and not getting refunded for receiving both watches late.
I ordered my second watch from Jomashop, a green MoMo Design sport watch. The price was exceptionally good and the watch is both fun and functional. I definitely recommend Jomashop as the go to place for watches!

I was shopping around looking for the best deal on a luxury watch for my husband for Christmas and when I called jewelers they said they could never meet that price and the watch was discontinued so it would take weeks to get to him.
