I had been shopping for a certified dive watch when I found the Citizen Diver at Jomashop.com. I like that it has the look of a 60's era diver that's updated with a substantial but not overly large case. The Eco-Drive engine is great, no batteries to replace or winders to deal with. Take it to the pool, ocean, boating, out in the weather with no worries. Diving, too, if I decide to take it up.

Price was right, ordering was easy, shipping was fast. I have no experience with returns since the watch was exactly as described so I got what I was expecting.

Will buy from Jomashop again at some point, I'm sure.

I buy a watch three months ago, and it works very well now.

The selection for Jomashop was great. There was a wide variety of items, so if youre extremely picky, yould be able to find something thats just right for you here. The only one thing I didnt like about Jomashop is that I didn't get an email regarding my order being shipped out or anything like that. I was wondering after a few days after i placed my order when it was going to be shipped out, but the next day, it arrived at my house. I would have liked a heads up, but the shipping was prompt.

After weeks of browsing over the Internet on tens of websites where my beloved watch was advertised, I was, of course, comparing prices and every day I entered the same websites I had visited before with the hope of a price reduction of some kind of sale. But nothing, same price, same sites. I never gave up, for which I am glad, and one day, all of a sudden I came across the Jomashop website. The watch of my dreams was there, and to my surprise it was at a lower price so the first thing that came to my mind was if it was brand new and the legitimacy of the website. All of this because it was simply incredible. After verifying everything was legit and the watch was brand new, I ordered it. Shipping was a breeze and I had my baby by my birthday. I am completely satisfied, especially with the warranty Jomashop offers and definitely recommend it for those out there looking for a great deal.

Ordered watch but it was never shipped. Instead of Joma responding and fixing problem, they never responded to any of my emails and I had to file a paypal dispute to get refunded. A pity - this is not the first time I use Joma but it seems their systems have deteriorated.

I received an authentic watch in original packaging while paying the lowest price I could find short of a used one. Will definitely be buying from Jomashop again.

The Seiko SC231 is a chronograph. Mine was defective. The minute hand of the chronograph never move. It could not measure time nor return to the starting point. I was quite disappointed. I live oversea so it took me high cost to return the defective watch for a refund. I just gave it up and bear this bad experience. I would not make purchase agin in Jomashop again because I am not sure if they sell brand new product or not. Mine watch could be refurnished. So, beware.

I purchased an AX Armani watch for my boyfriend for christmas -I found it on your site for nearly half the price than anywhere else. It came beautifully packaged with warranty. I would absolutely shop with you again, and highly recommend your site to anyone. Thank you
