Jomashop.com is my goto place when I am buying a new watch or Montblanc luxury leather good. Prices are reasonable, and I doubt any other website have such huge collection or can come near the competitive pricing that Jomashop offers!
This is the third watch I have purchased from Jomashop. The delivery has always been on time. The product has always been as advertised and met my expectations.
I received my purchase, a Longinges Conquest (order number M*******), and the battery was not working so I call customer service and the gentleman told me to have the battery replaced and that all I had to do was email the receipt back and I would be reimbursed for the cost of the replacement. I did just that and now I have received a email from * which says that you will only refund me the maximum of $25.00. I was never told of any maximum on the refundable amount on the battery replacement.As you should know if a battery needs to be replaced in a Longinges watch it has to go to a certified jeweler otherwise it can void the warranty. If I knew I wasn't going to be reimbursed the 62.54 I had to pay to replace the watch battery I would have returned the watch. It shouldn't be my costs to fix it and it's not my fault I was misinformed or that you seemingly can not keep up with your watches condition in your inventory. I have emailed * back yesterday and have not had any response. I had to drive a long way, 30 miles one way, to get to a store were they could replace the battery and then again pick it up. I thought I bought a new functioning watch when I made a purchase with you! What are you going to do for me?

This isn't a white glove service but no one beats their prices. One thing - shipping is free, however, if you need to return an item, not only to you pay to ship it back, they will also charge you the cost of the original shipping. WTF?!
