Bought a Cartier watch from Jomashop. Within the first year it needed be serviced. About 18 months later it needed to be serviced again, for basically the same issue. Jomashop said they only offer two year warranty and they couldn't help me. Even though the repair from before was clearly not done correctly OR the watch is defective since the issue happened twice. The watch is an automatic Ronde Solo and it does not hold a charge for more than a couple hours and sometimes just stops movement all together until I pull out the crown and push it back in. I keep the watch in a winder on the right TPD setting per Cartier. Disappointed in Jomashop for poor quality.

When I ordered the Mercier watch for my boyfriend I noticed I made a mistake on my address... Called customer service and they were able to fix it very quickly I received the watch in like 2 days. I was very happy with product as well as the service!

2. If the product is in stock, they ship very quickly
3. Quite a few times they also send you gift coupons allowing you a discount on your future purchase which is quite good!
The bad with Jomashop
1. If the product is not in stock and says something like 'ships within 2 weeks' - it could very well be that you get it in 4 - 6 weeks or never get it
2. If your package is lost, you have to beg for refunds and follow up. In my case the calls to them are international therefore the cost of my calls was almost equal to the value of the watches lost in trasit
3. No body, and i mean NO BODY at Jomashop will listen to customer redressals / complaints. I have emailed jomashop customer service with complaints, connected to the senior most officials at Jomashop on Linked In and shared my complaints etc. (proofs available) - NO ONE LISTENS to you, they wont even bother replying.
