The $2k watch I purchased was good and as described. As for the customer service, a local fast food employee will treat you heads and shoulders better than Jomashop. Their rudeness and arrogance is second to none. A much more expensive watch I was going to purchase from Jomashop was purchased from their competitor. Not to forget the 2 weeks it took for the watch to arrive.

With many more purchases to come in the coming months and year, I can gladly say that Jomashop's competitor will be earning my money and not them.

Stay away and give your money to a company that actually cares about their customer!

I recently discovered Jomashop through a friend who is also a watch aficionado. I was skeptical at first, but the experience could not have been easier- from selection to shipping and payment I could not have had a better experience. I would and have recommended this to anyone who asks. It could be trouble for my pocketbook, but with their fantastic agreement with Affirm for affordable monthly payments, I anticipate my collection beefing up over the next few months (Order M*******)

My Capeland began to sound as though I was grinding small gravel when I wound it. I called Jomashop, the cool chick in customer service said, "Yes, it's still covered by the warranty.", and sent an RMA slip to me by email. I printed it (You guys remember printers, don't you? You know, HP?), and I shipped it off. Yes, I paid the shipping from my end. I received an email telling me they received it. Three weeks or so later, I received an email telling me it was repaired, and was being shipped back to me. Jomashop covered the shipping from their end. I received it, and it works properly now. They also, following lubrication of the stem, also regulated it. It appears to keep superb time now, in my humble opinion.

Despite a lack of answers to my questions, the delivery was on time

After getting my glasses I checked to see if it is real. It is 100% real. I got my order in a timely manner.

This is the first time i'm a review, I didn't know Jomashop a friend told me how it s, and i tried,, who my experience was great and i like this shop, the item i was looking for was higher price everywhere, and i looked to the Jomashap website the price was very low certainly i didnt trust the item was the best one because the lower price, i took a chance and first i received it on time before the date and the best thing the item was the original one i was looking for. For that i will keep shopping at Jomashop and refer it to any one like good and cheaper product.

I bought a beautiful Lanvin Nomad handbag on Jomashop recently. The price was so good that I was worried about it's authenticity. Before I placed the order, I called them and said I would be returning it if I found it inferior. When it arrived, I was SO PLEASED! Definitely REAL, definitely beautiful! I even took it to Barneys to compare to the same Lanvin Nomad bag in the store-- absolutely NO DIFFERENCE-- down to a tee!

I highly recommend Jomashop!
